Ai has taken the part of their job where they have to take orders, so you would expect customers service to be better when you get to the window. Nope. atrocious. Girls at the window were rude. Wont come back to this location. I'll stick to the esplanade wendys if I want it bad enough.

AI order is not working properly with both visits. I checked my order and the manager fixed the discrepancies at the drive up window that brings up another issue because it is impossible to communicate with the window with the carwash blower literly feet away from the drive up. Terrible location to get in and through the skinny drive through with a large vehicle without driving over the curb with my diesel truck.

Very disappointed they changed their hours from 630am to 730am. Can't get wendys breakfast anymore during morning commute. Quality has been below average as well.

Shocked at the bad reviews for this location. This is by far the cleanest, fastest and freshest wendys I've ever been to. burgers and fries and nuggets are all always hot and tasty.
