Driving down I-5 and stopped in to see what the buzz is about. Small bakery with an order counter and some indoor and outdoor seating. A crowd was there, but I moved thru the line and left with my choices in less than 5 minutes. I orderd a tart and once of the rolls they are known for. Both were excellent products. They have a cold case for grab-n-go (sandwiches). They also offer savory hand pies, beautiful loaves of bread, danishes and nice looking meat & cheese croissants as well as a menu of things made to order.

Clean, good service, excellent product. I would recommend.

So so, I ordered a tuna sandwich that came with lettuce and that's it. Pretty crappy. The bread and the bakery looked good though.

A full-figured, grumpy man was helping customers for the first time during my several visits over the years. He was no-nonsense, no smile, efficient. The women are much friendlier. They make customers feel appreciated as individuals. Maybe the guy wasn't supposed to be working the counter.

I really wanna like this place, each time its atmosphere just isn't there, unwelcome, expensive, front counter people not to friendly, everytime there sold out. No explanations of what's left for the day. Just a bummer for such a neat local spot. Hard bread, and small stale cupcake.

Excellent food... wasn't sure what to order and the lady at ther register said she likes bacon, egg and cheese on ciabatta with spicy aioli. Delicious and absolutely the best breakfast sandwich I have ever had.

I went to buy some cinnamon rolls there. I asked for 12 and they told me that would be $64. I promptly left and will not return.

The bread is great. No questions there. It’s not a French patisserie, but they have pretty good baked goods as well.
I have been going here for about three years, but I won’t anymore. There’s something to be said for customer service and when you repeatedly place orders that aren’t filled or people give you misleading information and make you drive 30 to 40 miles out of your way for a waste of time and then offer nothing in exchange for their own error, It’s a little more than disappointing.
I wouldn’t have written a negative review if they would’ve just offered a loaf of bread in exchange for me wasting at least 10 bucks of gas.
I’d rather pay double and get bread from a bakery that actually cares about their customers.
Customer service used to be something that small local businesses prided themselves on… I guess that’s gone by the wayside.
