I don't like living in the drive thru when virtually NOBODY is in the line while letting 3 others get through. 3 items is all I requested and it took around 15 minutes to get to a window with no line. Some employees are new and some don't speak English, and others very untrained.

Service can be slow and chaotic, but the crew is new and they didn't have much of an applicant to choose from. It is what it is. Be prepared for mistakes or don't eat there

I love McDonald’s! But this is too much! I went to the drive through and began to Order. After every food item I said they would say “ is that all” in a very disrespectful manner. When we got up to the window we talked to there employees and they said “oh sorry “ and rolled there eyes food made us sick too are stomach !

I get it’s a newer establishment, but everytime I go to this specific McDonald’s they are incompetent when it comes to making & taking coffee orders. My coffee was perfect when they first opened, and now it’s like they completely forgot what to do. The food is fine, but the service when ordering is awful.

They put the same manager from cottage grove and she is soo dysfunctional the food always get sent out without being checked and they're constantly playing catch up on orders that were sent out 10 mins ago is nuts start over with new management at this location they're running it into ground

I usually go through the drive-thru because I have a trailer I had to go inside. Wanted to order a coffee really quick I was told they wouldn't take my order unless I use the kiosk. kiosk is a joke.
