I get it’s a newer establishment, but everytime I go to this specific McDonald’s they are incompetent when it comes to making & taking coffee orders. My coffee was perfect when they first opened, and now it’s like they completely forgot what to do. The food is fine, but the service when ordering is awful.

They put the same manager from cottage grove and she is soo dysfunctional the food always get sent out without being checked and they're constantly playing catch up on orders that were sent out 10 mins ago is nuts start over with new management at this location they're running it into ground

I usually go through the drive-thru because I have a trailer I had to go inside. Wanted to order a coffee really quick I was told they wouldn't take my order unless I use the kiosk. kiosk is a joke.
You could only use the kiosk to order, and it was slower than the last glacial ice age. Finger tracking was off also. So not only what it process quickly at all, you constantly have the tap the same thing about 500 times before it would recognize what you were trying to do. You couldn't pay cash because the machine was down. My soda with no ice was only 3/4 of the way full. And my burger was a typical McDonald's burger. Nothing exciting.

After some time passed I ordered Senior Coke. For a buck. Some McDonald's give it to me, some charge .50¢, some .75, eh? The young woman who served me was great. This McDonald's has the most awkward and is the most user unfriendly little Mickey Dee's it has ever been my lack of pleasure to spend money in. The workers cannot see the customers. You know us. The people spending money here. Yeah, I bought a Coke. I tend to buy more when I am hungry. Nothing in this place makes sense. The only good new feature is the ability to spend cash in a machine. I like this. IF I come back I want to use this machine.

i have went three separate times and they put the wrong stuff on the burger ALL three times. also made me pay for sauce but forgot to give it to me loll. food room temp.
