I rarely leave bad reviews, but this Subway visit was completely out of control.

I ordered two footlongs and somehow got a 6-inch, but was still charged for three footlongs and a 6-inch. I ordered one of their specialty subs (“The Hemi,” advertised at $6.99 for a footlong), but instead was given four slices of pepperoni on bread with three slices of cheese—not even close to what I ordered.

My daughter’s meatball sub wasn’t cut in half, had almost no cheese, and was sloppily made. When I pointed out the mistakes and showed the receipt, the staff (who were polite but clearly untrained) told me that if I left my number, the manager might call me later. No refund, no correction, no replacement sandwiches—just 35 minutes of waiting for the wrong order.

I left frustrated, overcharged, and without the food I actually ordered. If you’re looking for a place that gets your order right, this location is not it.

The sandwich is good. The garlic cheese steak is delicious paired with veggies and an array of sauces to choose from. There are also fountain drinks and bottled drinks.

I was welcomed in with a warm and beautiful smile from the worker Jay and he ever so graciously took my order and made sure that all me needs were meant he even offered up some of his own flesh when they were out of ham, now thats a dedicated worker! Even though I declined he was thr most handsome, kind, and dedicated worker ive ever seen good job Jay 10/10 would eat here again just to watch Jay while I eat my sandwich

I order online and the past two orders they’ve either skipped on items on the sandwich or replaced without notice. Allergies are real and this can pose an issue. I will not order online anymore and only in store to ensure the ingredients desired are the actual ones in the order.

Asked for double toasted, wasn't even toasted, asked for cheese sauce on my sub and a side so my daughter can enjoy some of my bread since she can't have red sauce but enjoys the bread. No sauce on sandwich, honestly has gone down hill since I was a kid. Rather drive to other locations at this point and burn the extra fuel.

Sad atmosphere and employees, scrawny little tomatoes on your sandwich… I don’t recommend this location. I left saddened!!! 😞

Ordered 5 subs the bread was stale and they did not add any of the sauces we asked for on any of the subs. Had this issue before 2 other times. One of the other issues I had prior, Ordered a steak and requested it extra toasted and it wasnt toasted at all and the bread had a fist mark in it. I could literally count each finger. Didn’t leave a review then I just decided to never go here again. I meant to order from a different location and didn’t check after I placed my order. Threw the subs out and am going to drive to a different subway to order, I don’t trust the food here, if they are ok putting out stuff like this that’s obviously wrong I wonder what they do when prepping meats and veggies that we don’t know about. Do they wash their hands are they using gloves are they spitting in food. Lost my trust completely. The one in cresswell needs to go, or change owners there are much better franchise owners out there that actually care about the quality of product they put out and the quality of training given to their employees than this one. Don’t waste your time or money.

The most pathetic Subway sandwich I've ever had. Barely any toppings. I had a turkey sandwich with, onions green peppers, olives & spinach.... bad sandwich but nice ladies working... would be very skeptical to go back.

Not all Subways are the same. Some are older and need remodeling, and some are new and everything looking pristine. But that's not all that we look for. It's the employees and how they interact with the customers and how they handle the food. Last Sunday evening, 10/13 at 4:10, I stopped in with my kids, and a young lady served us. She was very friendly and we talked about our kids and school. During that time, she made sure to dispose of any food items that didn't make it to the sandwiches as well as had a smile and kept the conversation going. It's employees like this that keep people coming back.
