Ordered 5 subs the bread was stale and they did not add any of the sauces we asked for on any of the subs. Had this issue before 2 other times. One of the other issues I had prior, Ordered a steak and requested it extra toasted and it wasnt toasted at all and the bread had a fist mark in it. I could literally count each finger. Didn’t leave a review then I just decided to never go here again. I meant to order from a different location and didn’t check after I placed my order. Threw the subs out and am going to drive to a different subway to order, I don’t trust the food here, if they are ok putting out stuff like this that’s obviously wrong I wonder what they do when prepping meats and veggies that we don’t know about. Do they wash their hands are they using gloves are they spitting in food. Lost my trust completely. The one in cresswell needs to go, or change owners there are much better franchise owners out there that actually care about the quality of product they put out and the quality of training given to their employees than this one. Don’t waste your time or money.

The most pathetic Subway sandwich I've ever had. Barely any toppings. I had a turkey sandwich with, onions green peppers, olives & spinach.... bad sandwich but nice ladies working... would be very skeptical to go back.

Not all Subways are the same. Some are older and need remodeling, and some are new and everything looking pristine. But that's not all that we look for. It's the employees and how they interact with the customers and how they handle the food. Last Sunday evening, 10/13 at 4:10, I stopped in with my kids, and a young lady served us. She was very friendly and we talked about our kids and school. During that time, she made sure to dispose of any food items that didn't make it to the sandwiches as well as had a smile and kept the conversation going. It's employees like this that keep people coming back.

Definitely don't add enough meat to the sandwiches but I like almost everybody that works here, they make a good sandwich if you want a cheap lunch option

We used to hit Subway once a week for dinner, then new owners bought it. We were told from the employees that they were cutting back on meats etc. okay, we figured we would still give it a chance, our family loved Subway, and then it just went from bad to horrible. Hard bread to having no supplies. Repeatedly. We decided to give it a break for awhile and decided to give it another chance. We did an online order and what a mistake that was. We opened our sandwiches and literally had to search for the meat. One, ONE piece of meat on each half. Due to the response we got when I reached out we will never be going back.

I ordered a foot long sub. They barely put any vegetables on the sandwich, 3 thin slices of bell pepper, 2 tomato slices. I asked for enough veggies to get some in every bite and was charged extra for a small amount of veggies. When I worked at Subway it was a slice of veggie for every inch. I asked how much they are supposed put on now and my question was completely ignored by staff.

I'm not sure that I've ever encountered a LESS friendly person than Heather. My wife and I are dining in, and just noticed another couple immediately leave after speaking to her...we didn't hear what was said, but....she was flat mean to us. So?

The 3 employees working during lunch rush did so great handling everything and being I eat and positive! Appreciated their patience on a large order while multitasking!

Just an unbelievably terrible sandwich. Not just bad, but horrible. We've eaten at this subway before but this time the sandwiches were bad. First, the bread was not fresh. It was stiff, not soft and the crust on it flaked off. I ended up cutting the top portion of my bread off to make it a bit more easy to eat since it wasn't soft. Then, there was just almost nothing on the sandwich except the meat and cheese. I counted 3 olive slices, correct tomatoes, not even enough lettuce to extend the length of the sandwich. Needless to say, I've noticed the lack of condiments is a trend at Subway to help reduce costs. It's reduced two customers is what it's done. My parents said they recently had the same problem at this Creswell subway. Our visit was 3/13, approx. 1pm for internet pick up.

Worst Subway experience in my life. Never going back. Ordered a footlong wrap and the skimped as much as they could and gave me this scrawny thing. Smaller and lighter than a tbell bean burrito. Asked for extra peppers and they told me they couldn’t because they have to watch their portions. ??WTF!!! I told them I’ve never heard that from a subway before and they said “We are corporate, you must have been going to a franchise”! Unbelievable, employee and manager standing right there in agreement. Never been so unsatisfied with my subway purchase and the lack of caring to make the customer happy. The service industry is going belly up. Bye!

Poor management has caused efficiency to plummet. Slow turnout speed during my experience caused multiple customers to become disgruntled and angry. When confronted on the poor efficiency the claimed “district manager” for the creswell store working 1/28/24 @noon also claimed first come first serve to a customer while openly displaying the opposite. Once the disgruntled customer left the “district manager” and fellow employees showed there VERY HONEST opinion of the man who confronted them blatantly in-front of a store full of other customers. They let the knives to cut sandwiches in half soak in a disgusting tub full of water mixed with who knows what all day. Glove/ hand washing ignored after the dispute cross contaminating everything during the process. They are always out of 4-5 things they offer as well.To finish my review, if your wanting a tasty sandwich for lunch. Go to the grocery store and build one yourself, youll save money, be much more sanitary and ultimately not have to be disrespected and lied to by someone who visibly has no idea how their job works and thinks he’s the most educated man western hemisphere.
