Definitely worth the stop!
Great place for wine tasting and snacks while in Redmond. Located just a 10 minute drive north of Redmond. Hose as friendly an owner was super nice. Wine flight is the way to go and enjoy the hummus tray or the cheese tray. Both are really good.
We thought it would be great while visiting the area to do some wine tasting. Not impressed! Blaming the holiday weekend as why it was so busy but then heard others talking about how this place is always too busy. Which is great for their business. However, a 30 minute wait just to order the wine is not a good time when standing. Then your wine is given to you and off you go! Forget about asking questions because they do not have time for that. Ho to the Faith winery!
On vacation in Oregon...went to Maragas Winery with friends. Soooo quiet and peaceful. The grounds are beautiful. The wines are AMAZING!! A Sunday with live music outside was such an amazing afternoon! Highly reccomend!!
Great setting only exceeded by the quality of the wines. Laid back experience and a very flexible wine club. Looking forward to many return visits!
Really interesting and reasonably priced wines, lovely people and fantastic views. This place is a gem
Very peaceful spot to sit and enjoy the views and drink wine.
Great wine, friendly, informative will definitely go back..
Beautiful, peaceful spot with a great selection of wines! The setting was quiet and relaxing — perfect for a slow afternoon. What made it even better? It was kid-friendly! Our little one had lots of fun while we enjoyed our tastings. Definitely a hidden gem in Oregon wine country.
Beautiful location. $20 for wine tasting. Nice seating inside and out. I'm not sure the wines were my favorite but enjoyed our stop there.

Amazing wines in a beautiful atmosphere.
It was a cool and cloudy day but the ambiance potential is rockin'! Can't wait to go back on sunny day to really experience it!
Unique wines of the Amarone style. If you haven't had it, you must. Unlike anything else, each of the wines have a common thread but their own complexity. Highly recommended.
I have been going to Maragas and drinking their wines since I moved to Bend in 2020. I have enjoyed seeing them expand and enter multiple contests including the San Francisco Chronicle annual blind tasting where they have won multiple golds and double golds.
I have found their wines to be remarkable in their complexity and depth of flavor. Doug has a deft hand at blending and knowing when to bottle. I count their wines among the best I've had and similar in structure to many Italian wines, which I love.
Reading the negative review makes me think the gentleman would prefer something more along the lines of Boones Farm Strawberry Hill wine.
I had been coming out for a few years and never tried the 2 wineries in the area. This wine really reminds me of North Carolina, and that's not a good thing. The flavor profile ranges from cork to formaldehyde. 2 of the 4 selections on the mixed flight were completely undrinkable. If you like to pay $5/Oz to taste bad wine, this is your place.
To the owners response: I know which wines I like. To suggest I just selected the wrong flight is insulting. I selected it based on the varietals in the blends because they are ones I have liked elsewhere. This was just some of the worst wine I've ever been served anywhere. I would never purchase a bottle.
