Found a pube hair in fries...Threw it all out
called the place and told her , who ever answered, that I found a beard hair in the fries...and she said....oh no it couldn't have been a beard hair...
and then offered to replace THE FRY..
GROSS AF...NEVER GOING BACK THERE EVER....hadn't eaten BK in years , now for sure never going back EVERRRRR
they never get my order correct, tried it 1 more time tonight and it was wrong again. When my husband called to complain, the lady who answered told him that we could drive back & they'd be happy to make another 1. My husband said no, this isn't 1st time and we are tired & why we stopped in for dinner. She proceeded to tell him she too was tired and had a long day & trainging 3 new people...he hung up and we will never go back. Horrible Customer Service!!!
