On November 18 at 8:12 AM I ordered the 2 for $5 sausage croissant sandwich deal in the drive-through. There was only one car ahead of me in line and I was quickly at the window where I paid my five dollars for my two breakfast sandwiches.
Approximately 10 minutes later, another car came into the drive-through and I still had not received my sandwiches, the person working the window looked confused, there was a hurried conversation in back and then she popped her head out real quick and let me know that they had forgotten to make my breakfast. I let her know I was now going to be late for work and I needed to just go. Could I get a refund? What could we do and she said no, I just had to wait.
Unfortunately, I did not have time to wait and so I Let her know I would have to leave, Which she responded OK and so I left. Having paid five dollars, and not received anything, even an apology .
I then reached out via customer feedback and let them know of the situation in hopes of either getting a refund or at least the opportunity to get the breakfast I ordered because I’ve now paid $5 and received nothing.
Two weeks later, I have not received any word from the store. I guess this is a heads up, sometimes they will just forget to make your food, won’t apologize for it and won’t give you your money back and you’re just gonna be out.

Megan is a rude woman and should not be working with customers she has an additude every time we come in if her life outside of work isn’t good she needs to leave it at the door before coming into work she’s very rude she needs to be in the back flipping burgers and making fries she needs to be humbled
The only downside is only one lane of the drive thru is open most days so the line gets super long and wraps around the building which ends up blocking parked vehicles and causing issues for dine-in patrons.
The manager and staff are incredible! There friendly, professional, personable, always polite and always giving great customer service as well as being quick! They all always go above and beyond!
