The only downside is only one lane of the drive thru is open most days so the line gets super long and wraps around the building which ends up blocking parked vehicles and causing issues for dine-in patrons.
The manager and staff are incredible! There friendly, professional, personable, always polite and always giving great customer service as well as being quick! They all always go above and beyond!

This kid with acne pus ridden face was rubbing his acne sores and scratching his pus face and mouth when he was handling the debit card that I gave him to pay for my food and my food bag. And had a horrible attitude
