I used them for my wedding 2 years ago and although their food was great, I paid for a fully vegan catering and they brought real cheese and didn’t respect my wishes for my day. There is alternatives everywhere that could of easily been bought or not promised to me.. I wish I could have gave 5 stars but it really upset me and I feel as professionals they should have respected when I mentioned more than once my wedding being fully vegan was important for me and they confirmed it would be..

They catered my wedding in September 2022. The food was amazing, their service was great, and I really appreciated how Steve helped me estimate food for my guests. Because of his experience he was able to suggest a reasonable amount of food to prepare without overestimating by too much. Everyone got all they wanted and we had some leftovers but not an overwhelming amount. I never felt like Steve was trying to over charge me or anything either. He also worked directly with my liason from the church which helped take more things to do off of my shoulders. They were on time to set up, boxed up leftovers for us, and cleaned up within our time constraints easily. I would highly recommend Capricorn Catering to anyone! They are awesome!

Capricorn Catering did our high school 50 year reunion- which had been delayed for 2 years! He honored our deposit (from 2 years ago) and the food was WONDERFUL! His prices are very reasonable, the service was great and our buffet was lovely to look at! We had more than enough food and it was delicious-every single item! Everyone agreed it was the best menu we'd had for a reunion ever! I should have taken pictures!

At a Dallas Chamber event many years ago I saw Steve's catering table and it looked good and tasted great. I booked Capricorn Catering for our 50th anniversary and was so pleased with the food and service that I asked Steve to cater a recent event. The selections are delicious and the table presentation was beautiful.. Steve was very helpful and the catering part of the event went smoothly. I highly recommend Capricorn Catering for any event!

The food was nothing short of amazing, and they were able to accommodate a couple of vegans with a delicious main course, vegetables, and a dessert! Holiday Dinner & Award Ceremony in December.With a dinner for 90 people, owner/operator Steve was so accommodating regarding dietary restrictions and menu planning from the cook on the baron of beef to the type of desserts along with the gluten free, vegetarian and vegan requests. Capricorn Catering does it all!Need to add vegan or vegetarian to your menu? No problem!Need to have gluten free food? No Problem!AND, the food was FANTASTIC!They were so friendly, attentive and a pleasure to work with. capricorn Catering definitely added that special touch to our event!We will use them again and again!

Steve was such a pleasure to work with for our 50th anniversary party at the Dallas Event Center in Dallas, OR. He was extremely responsive to our multitude of inquiries. He had great suggestions and ideas for what to pair with what. He was early to our event and had everything ready to go. All of our guests enjoyed the food very much. As a side note, we used Capricorn Catering for Salad, and 3 various entrees with sides. We would definitely recommend Capricorn again and look forward to working with them in the future.

Capricorn Catering... what can I say. They were incredible! They arrived early and are so kind and pleasant to work with. They set up everything very quickly and smoothly. Now I have to put in here that Steve and his wife did our wedding on their 40th anniversary! That shows how professional and courteous they are. Not only were they very easy to work with.. the food was fantastic! I asked everyone how the food was and I only got great remarks. The star was the prime rib. Also the bartender, Dj, and photographer which have all done a ton of weddings told us the caterers were amazing. Thank you steve for making our day the best it could possibly be.
