I'm angry because they made my drink wrong a couple days ago. It was supposed to be a double shot half sweet. I could tell they forgot the double shot and it was still too sweet. I got busy and decided I would return at my leisure to get it straightened out only to be told they have a same day policy. Ok well it shouldn't cost me a drink to find that out. I have dumped out and let go of a bad drink (way too much syrup) too many times to be sent away empty handed. So yeah I'm not happy. I don't like the new crew either. They used to all be so friendly and now they look at me and treat like they don't know me even though I come there frequently. BAH HUM BUG!

The folks at the monmouth Durch Bros are the nicest in the area and make our drinks correctly! We drive out of our way to go there!

I wish I was able to somehow call this location and ask which one of these wonderful ladies this morning (12/03/24) made my order ahead coffee. It was literally perfect. Everything I asked for and. It’s not too sweet with syrups. I’d like her to make my coffee every day she works now. 🥺

I love the consistency at DB. No matter what booth I hit I get the same friendly welcome, and the same drink. 97.2% of the time it's perfect, which makes the other 2.8% completely manageable ?

I love this location. And everyone is mostly always nice. But the last few time I have come to get drinks they haven't been good at all.I guess the freezing machine wasn't ready but they make your drink anyway. I ordered 5 drinks paying 25 plus tip and then get handed all these watery drinks that are suppose to be blended. I think you need a new system. Maybe install a light and we will know whe. The freeze machine is ready kinda like krispy kreme donuts has. Just saying. Or just let the customer know ahead of time when you order a blended drink. ?
Too much chit chat not enough work. Ordered my 3 drinks and got 2. She forgot to add one and had to get my wallet out again. Usually the excess chat has been happening at the new location but this was the downtown location.

What a waste of time and money coming here. Aren’t allowed to view a menu before ordering. Don’t get the drinks that you order anyway. When you ask for assistance correcting both the poor customer service and incorrect drink you get a shrug and “that’s a bummer.”
