The Dutch has changed around here. The kids are rude, the attitudes are thick and we have received crap service so many times we are now dedicated customers of Karma Coffee. If you want all the customers then work with your staff and train them. End of story. And get rid of the little blonde assistant manager, who is about as condescending as one can get.

While I do enjoy the oat milk lattes, I'm disappointed in the few litter bug customers they have. Since they don't take their own trash in their home or office space's trash can, they toss their empty cups into the neighboring property. Hey @dutchbroscoffee @dutchbroscoffee820 #dutchbroscoffee, perhaps offer trash cans at the entrance of the driveway. As the picture shows, not one single trash can.

I absolutely love Dutch Bros, and especially this location. The employees are always great. Super friendly; they converse with you like a friend, not a customer, adding to that personalized experience.
The idea of going anywhere else feels like I'd be having an affair on my energy fix partner.
Huge fan of sticker and merch drops and love accruing points for free drinks.

I make deliveries in the area on occasion and had been trying to squeeze in extra time to drive through this location. Today was my chance, I ordered two Campout Freezes. Because I'm on limited time for delivery I didn't notice the drinks had been made with ce, partly my fault I was enjoying my chat with the window barista. I was bummed but am now wondering when ordering the Campout Freeze am I supposed to specify, blended? 💁🏻🤔 Otherwise everything else was great.

The location is well maintained. Dutch bro drinks always amazing. Today I went to this location with my wife and we ordered our drinks. The employees made my drink iced instead of blended. When the male employee handed the drink to me, I politely informed him that I had ordered a blended drink. He took to my drink, went to remake it and mimic my words in a very unprofessional way to his co workers while I was at the drive through. I was not pleased with this and advised him that was not necessary for him to do that. I correct his error and requested an apology, he apologized in a sassy manner. A female co-worker apologized for him. Speaking from a management position, this is not how you handle this situation. This happened 06/14/25 @ at 3:15ish.

Super long lines when I got there.
But they were killing it
Every time I go, it is awesome.
They make ya feel like you're part of their crew.
Tell ya get that one worker that only talks to females. Then ya feel like the the person that is the last to be picked for kick ball lol.
