My husband and I stopped in for an early dinner today. We were greeted at the door with friendly smiles. The restaurant is very clean. My husband had sweet and sour pork and i had the chicken and vegetables. We both had egg flower soup and pork fried rice. The food was great! The vegetables were fresh and crisp tender. I think this place is sadly overlooked by many. It's very low-key. Food is really good and well priced. Service has always been great! The atmosphere could be improved but we visit frequently as it doesn't deter us :) Everything else about it well makes up for it! Give it a try, you won't be disappointed!
Totally different vibe from Chen's Family Dish, which we also like. Food was very good, and the couple serving were delightful. They serve Tsingtau beer! The gamblers were low-key and courteous towards the diners.
