I have been several times now and it's good every time. I was particularly impressed this last time when my smoothie made was obviously not all the way full and he asked the gal to fill it before serving. This place makes the best chai latte! Granted, it's not a horribly difficult drink to prepare, yet so many places seem to mess it up. The ratio of chai to milk is always perfect here. They even give you the option of having it sweet, spicy, or half 'n half. I highly recommend getting it spicy. On a cold, rainy morning, a warm, spicy chai with a little pumpkin or butterscotch really hits the spot, and I'll get mine from Karma every time.

Karma serves hands down the best baked goods & cold brew in town! I love their muffins, scones and cookies a little too much ;) The staff are friendly and respectful. There was occasion months back when the drive through was on the slow side but I really don't mind the wait and when I got to the window, I was given a full punch card for next time. I appreciate that kind of consideration from a business. Go to Karma - you'll love it!

Went in for a small iced americano. Took 3 minutes just for a barista to make eye contact, another 2 minutes before they took my order, and 10 minutes to serve it.The coffee was indistinguishable from convenience store/fast food brands, and cost 3 times as much.This was pretty much my experience last time, too. This is not the place to go for a quick, simple cup of coffee. Maybe it's great if you like the fancy stuff, and if you've got the time and money to burn.

Hands down my favorite boutique type vibe but homemade goodness! I love coming over there just for Karma. I'll drive from Salem for good coffee and bakery items. The cinnamon rolls, hands down the best. Everything I've had I have enjoyed. If you are ever dissatisfied they'll gladly make it how you want it. Great service too.
