Barista basically freaked out when the girl in front of me ordered several drinks. In fact, she belittled her right in front of us. I felt awful for the customer, so I left. That was Tuesday July 16th morning at 10:30 ish. Please do better.

Very disappointed in the service I had today. One lady was “training” and the other two girls just left her on her own at the cash register, no help for the poor lady at all. I ordered a Venti Passion tea with apple juice sweetened. During this time they charged me extra for it being sweetened with classic. When questioned about why I was being charged extra for sweetened she response “that’s just how it is now.” I said “okay I’ll know for next time.” I was speaking to the cashier and we had a conversation about the other Starbucks in town, immediately one of the very tall Black hair gal speaks up and says “uh are you talking about the other Starbucks? They charge for every little thing so and I was just there.” There was no need for the combativeness or attitude.Had other great experiences but it’s always the bad experience that stands out most, will not be taking my business here again.

Such a friendly staff! And they make my drink better than the other 3 Starbucks within 1.5 miles from us, so I try to stop at this location.
