We eat in the dining room at Washington Street frequently and are never disappointed with the prompt service or our meals. They have a reward program that we have joined, but it does not influence our choice.
We recently moved here from South Florida and I'm used to top shelf steak houses. This place came up in my search and I thought I'd give it a try. WOW! What a surprise! This is a little hole in the wall, out of the way, blink and you miss it place but omg!! You WANT TO GO HERE! The wait staff is friendly and welcoming. They don't take reservations and they fill up quickly but it's worth the wait.

Over the years, anytime I'm passing through Dallas I've stopped in here several times for a steak or breakfast depending on the time of day. The Washington Street Steakhouse provides a welcoming environment where you can enjoy a decent steak and a pint.
