My parents made me drive 30 mins out to this stand to get us coffee. It was worth it!

I buy alot of coffee at all different places with my line of work. I boycotted Starbucks about 3 years ago and try to support the smaller private businesses. I started going to Country Coffee maybe 4ish years ago. For the most part service is great, the girls are always smiling and patient. The business has gone way down hill in the past year or 2. The buildings are not maintained properly only the very least is done and far after repairs or updates are needed. The girls are very tolerant as the working conditions are far below acceptable. The owner and management appears to only be concerned with profits not providing a clean acceptable working condition for employees or customers. The Damascus location parking lot is HORRIBLE and has huge pot holes making for very poor access. I complain regularly as do all the customers I know that either still go or quit going, response is they notify management and nothing is done. I'm all for small businesses as I also own a small business, it's not an easy thing, but there are some basic things that are still required. It appears that aperal and advertising is more important that employess and customers. Very unfortunate this has gone so far down hill, I've been going to other places more and more. Good luck.

I started going through country coffee while leaving an abusive relationship. They remembered my drink on the first day. I did not have to repeat it after that.
Although they weren’t aware they made my day every time I can and when I was at the most terrifying time in my life.
The coffee isn’t just amazing. The girls at the Damascus location are just amazing humans.
If I could afford it, I’d tip them 100% every time. If I show up crying, or upset they treat me like it’s everyday. Making me feel like for a second my problems just arnt a problem. Been going 2 years now. Nearly daily.

I was heading back home from work and saw that the shop was open. This came to me as a surprise as it’s was 95 degrees out. With It being so hot out I asked if they had ac in the shop, but unfortunately it wasn’t working from what I was told. The poor girl looked so hot. I find it crazy that on a near 100 degree day you don’t have working ac in the shop for the girls. Who ever the owner is should try working a shift in that little hot box. Do better!

Rude experience this morning. Girl working behind the counter was rude and disinterested. Greeted other customers while in the middle of me speaking. When I told her I needed a minute she rudely walked away. When she did come back and I told her again I needed time she said oh so you do need more time rudely and walked away. We drove away and will never be back too any of the locations. I would never recommend this place to anyone. One of the only times I was truly upset there is no zero star options because I would give zero stars. Classless and tasteless just like I’m sure the coffee would be had I had the chance to try it out.

Went to get coffee this morning with my gf before our drive out of town and the worker was incredibly rude. She acted disinterested and like we were the inconvenience. My gf said she had her drink order ready but needed a minute for mine the girl working ignored her and went to greet another customer then came back and said rudely you need another minute? My gf replied saying yes like I said earlier the worker then said oh so you do need a minute in a rude way and walked away. We drove away and will never be at any of these locations again. I will also be telling anyone I know to not go there. Racist workers beware. This business should be ashamed I hope this review helps the owner see what their workers are doing.

Amazing! The staff is great. The coffee is great. The m their menu is extensive, but not overwhelming. Each month they have special drinks, which I love to try. They even have weekly specials that are always around line two stamp Tuesday. When they have messed up an order it was fixed immediately. The baristas are so nice. Location and hours are convenient. My wife comes here almost every day????????

Absolutely love country coffee over any coffee establishment. I'm allergic to coffee so I get their spiced chai, iced or hot it's absolutely incredible. The gals are always so sweet. The consistency is there with "serving drinks with a smile" and my drink always taste the same no matter who makes it. consistency and smiles are rare now a days! Appreciate you all
