I stopped at DQ after working a 10 hr. Shift. All i asked for was a hot chicken basket?? What i got was cold fries barley warm chicken strips, a piece of bread. With butter on it and gravy that was so runny i thought it was water. So thank you DQ. For serving me that i hope someone serves you the same someday soon.

The owner does not care about customer service because in November 2023 there was a comment about the lobby being shut down at 8pm. Again today the lobby was closed at 8pm while the website clearly states 10pm. Why does the owner not fix this issue?????

I asked for no ketchup and no lettuce, both on my burger. The person who took my order did not repeat it back. I should have known then that the order wouldn’t be correct. It was not busy.

I always go through the drive through. Got food quickly even though there was a four car line in front of me. People at least in my experience are always friendly. And it's Dairy Queen. So burgers and fries. If you don't like that kind of food then I don't know what to tell you. You're in the wrong place.Wheelchair accessibility: There is wheelchair accessible parking and entrance.
