This is my favorite Papa Murphy's. The employees and manager make my purchasing experience very pleasant. My order is always ready on time and as ordered.
Parking: The parking lot is big and always has plenty of spaces near the store.

Wort service ever! The manager on several occasions has taken my order and said it will be seven to ten minutes. It took them thirty five minutes and she gave me the wrong order.
Food is amazing and always tastes great. Service is fast, but the outside looks like trash. I love it.

Wife and I stopped in and ordered a pizza to go. Got it and went home, cooked it and realized after it was missing the bacon and artichoke to the bacon artichoke, chicken pizza. Wife called and explained what happened. We were asked to bring the pizza back, and they would replace it. Took 20 minutes to get back there and they still had not made the pizza. No apology, nothing. Very dissapointed, and extremely frustrated. A simple apology would have sufficed, or even an acceptance of making a mistake. Paid with a cresit card and left a tip originally, and at the very least I would want my tip back.

This place is clean and timely.
