Every time my family's had it they messed up the food somehow. Food was either burnt or soggy. We stopped going for awhile and I tried it today, all I wanted was pepperoni pizza with mushrooms, but they added tomatoes. Not sliced or quartered, just cherry tomatoes cut in half tossed on. It made the whole pizza so soggy the box was folding in on the bottom. Save your time a money and go literally anywhere else.

Sparky's has redeemed itself! We had a fantastic pizza this time; lots of toppings and the pizza filled the box. We were hopeful that the last couple times were glitches of some sort. Sparky's in Damascus remains as the best pizza around!
Is Sparky's in Damascus cutting back on size and toppings? We have been Sparkys lovers for 14 years - their crust is fantastic! But the last couple times, the Large size was noticeably smaller and the toppings were skimpy. We acknowledge that everyone is hit with higher costs and if that's the case, here, we'd rather pay a little more to get the wonderful pizza we've been used to all these years.

Today June 1 2025 I went in around 3:10pm when the blonde girl was opening and just verified that the pizza would still be done at 3:30pm. I went in again around 3:20pm because when the other worker came in I could hear them screaming and laughing from outside in the parking lot. So I went in to see what was going on and if the pizza was ready early. I noticed both workers talking and not working multiple times as I was waiting. I wouldn’t be upset but the blonde girl had a very bad attitude and customer service. Her tone, dirty looks, and customer service was a bit extreme for being at work and needing to be professional. It is sad because sparkys has always been our favorite pizza place but won’t be coming back after that experience.

Went in for my first time tonight... 3/24, i was extremely impressed!!!!! Young lady behind the counter was very sweet and tentative, give her a raise! Food came out relatively fast, well put together and the right amount of toppings.... no lack there of! 10 of 10 all day!

Beware of snarky customer service and a very bizarre online ordering system. They ended up double charging us by making us pay at the location when we had already prepaid online. They made the order backwards and even forgot our ranch sauce. We called to see if we could correct it and was told it was our fault for how we ordered. When I explained how the system doesn't make sense on the setup for their coupon combo and they may wanna know, she got defensive immediately and told me it's not their fault that's how the system is set up and put the error completely on us. Hooray for olive oil BBQ chicken and breadsticks that have an old, oily taste. I will never bring my business here again. Absolutely abysmal experience overall.

I ordered a 36$Manhattan large pizza and they served me an entirely raw Pizza sliced and all. It was Christmas Eve and me and my kids drove 32 miles for the pie and had to go home and cook it. The worst experience of sparkys pizza ever

After years of driving past, I was stuck in the parking lot that is Damascus traffic, and decided to call in an order. I arrived 15min later and the pizza hadn't been started yet, so waited about 20min more. Service is ok, friendly but disinterested. As for the pizza... the crust is great, Fluffy cooked perfectly and great flavor, almost sweet. Bacon was amazing, Smokey and full flavored. But...sauce was almost none existent and bland. Cheese has no flavor and low quality pepperoni. And for some reason they use cherry tomatoes that simply don't tast right on a pizza. Overall, for over $30 I was unimpressed. The idea of a pickup only pizza shop and their crust has potential but this just isn't worth trying again for me, but luckily I don't live in the area, for those that live that far out, there just isn't a lot of options and it's not horrible. 3/5
