Love this place and the crust to the last bite is delicious,, if you like brick oven style pizza your going to love Sparky's pizza and a lg pizza is a very large pizza fed 4 hungry kids and an adult and still had leftovers, btw tastes better the next day! Use oven, not microwave! Awesome place for any kind of pizza you can think of! Place is great! Don't forget the Parmesan cheese bread knots they are worth trying!
Vegetarian options: Many different options. But I usually add chicken. The pizza was not as good as the 1st one we ordered. Thank goodness. We had friends over that night. And I made a salad. She made the dessert . Cheesecake! It was a great meal. After the 2nd 1 my husband said, no more. But I was thinking the 2nd time was a weeknight. Not a weekend. Maybe they have better pizza bakers/makers on the weekend ?

I arrived 15min later and the pizza hadn't been started yet, so waited about 20min more. Service is ok, friendly but disinterested.
As for the pizza... the crust is great, Fluffy cooked perfectly and great flavor, almost sweet. Bacon was amazing, Smokey and full flavored. But...sauce was almost none existent and bland. Cheese has no flavor...
