Do a temporary close.. reorganize, a cook or cooks that can put an order out in a TIMELY manner, take care of customers, get some professional help and learn the ropes correctly. If a food is on the menu make sure you have it. Close the restaurant and concentrate on the bar and food for bar and when you get that running smoothly. Reconsider the restaurant for special events and either breakfast or dinner meals with set hours---3 to 7. Then have a re grand opening.
