My husband and I decided to try a new winery on our recent Dundee visit. We took a chance and stopped at Alit. We were the only patrons on a Sunday afternoon. Josh was a lovely host. We felt welcomed immediately. He spent time with us, talking not only about the wines, but chitchatting about a variety of topics. The wines are good - we really enjoyed their rose and purchased a few bottles for our summer enjoyment. Comfortable seating, open concept tasting room, and outdoor seating when the weather is nice. They also serve beer on tap for those who prefer beer over wine.

I joined Alit Winery in 2023, shortly before losing my job. As a disabled veteran, financial stability is crucial for me. Alit failed to inform me about the auto-renewal of my membership and never sent any communication regarding the renewal process. The only time I heard from them was when my payment failed due to a new debit card.
When I contacted them to explain that I was unaware of these charges and had not utilized the membership in 2024, I requested a cancellation and a refund. They flatly refused. This lack of transparency and customer care is unacceptable. I advise potential customers to steer clear of Alit Winery. Their business practices do not respect consumer rights or financial situations. Consider this a warning from a disappointed veteran.

Enjoyed a great morning at this lovely place for tasting. Nice wine and very friendly service. As I was traveling with my kids, they were able to offer non alcoholic drinks for them while the adults enjoyed the tasting.

A visit to Alit Wines for tasting is a must if you're in the area or passing by. The store is beautifully decorated and tranquil, and the staff were amazing. Their passion for wines was clear, as they explained to us their different products and the industry in the Willamette Valley. We had the white/rosé flight which was excellent. I'm normally not a fan of chardonnay, but the one they had to sample was excellent, which shows how good the wines are. To top it all off, they comped our tasting ($25) when we purchased 3 bottles of wine afterwards ($80). So it's a good value too! If you're local, they also have a wine club where you can purchase an annual membership and get bottles at a discount.

We had a very unexpected and completely wonderful time at Alit. We went there on a Wednesday to have a light lunch and taste a wine or two and really weren't expecting much more. But when Cameron started telling us about the wines we got interested (he's really good at describing the terroir and what it imparts to the wines). We ended up tasting a number of wonderful winesand buying quite a few of them. Thanks Cameron!
