The server didn't describe the wines, she poured each one and walked away. I guess I expect descriptions when it comes to a flight tasting, but they may have been busy and I just didn't notice. The Chardonnay was terrible, the other wines were ok. We did not try any food.

Overall, 3.5 Wine: I'm not a wine snob or anything. Overall, I enjoyed most of what I drank! Service: Left a bit to be desired. The man who was pouring for us wasn't very enthused or friendly. I tried to engage him in conversation, asking about the winery but didn't get much of a response. He was also a bit gruff when we were trying to purchase one of the spirit glasses and asking about which bottles to buy to get our tasting fees waived. Ambiance: The outdoors was beautiful. I don't think the pictures that I saw beforehand on their website did it justice. Though it was an overcast day, we enjoyed our wine/ spirits outside so we could look out at the garden. Also, I like their logo and the blue color of the building!

I ordered a couple cases of wine on a visit about 6 years ago. Since then, they (and their winery partners) send 2-3 emails per week, despite several unsubscribe attempts. Sure it all just goes to spam, but it's annoying and really sours the otherwise good memory of my visit. Not very professional marketing behavior.

We stopped by here on our drive down Hwy 99 since they were one of the wineries that allowed us to bring our own lunch. The outdoor area was beautiful and we enjoyed a knowledgeable sommelier and a variety of wines!We went home with a couple of bottles of wine land look forward to the craft gin!

I stopped by to try the spirits, not the wine this time. The spirits are really enjoyable! The Gin is smooth with the Old Geezer being the roundest of them and a perfect sipper. The girl inside helped me pick a few and she was spot on with her suggestions. I loved sitting outside on the patio and watching the bees on the flowers and the storm blow in. This would be a great friend/family together spot or just a solo unwind spot.

Attended a private party here and it was a very pleasant and lovely space with lots of room for the guests to move about (we had the whole outdoor space to ourselves).
It was pretty dingy and the man that served us a wine tasting made some pretty inappropriate comments and kept clearing his throat so loudly, my family and I had to stop talking till he was finished. I love hole in the wall bars but not so much hole in the wall wine tasting venues.

We had a great tasting experience at Duck Pond Cellars, Erin was an excellent host and educator. She walked us through the history of the family vineyards and was able to let us taste a number of the wines side by side enabling exposure to the effect of different vintages and vineyards reflected in the Duck Pond Pinot. My party and I cannot thank Erin enough, and wish that all of the wineries offered this type of exemplary experience.

We had such a wonderful experience at The Duck Pond. Both Lorna and Ray were welcoming. They took the time to speak with us about the different wines and went into details about the variety of grape and soil. They let us take our time, didn't rush us and were very knowledgeable. We'll be back again. The grounds were breathtaking.

If only they had an elevated view of the valley it would be 5 stars. Tastings provide a good example of the variety the Willamette Valley has to offer. Beautiful grounds and great people on the staff.
