Only negative was they would not seat us at any of the three open booths, said the server was not on yet. Tables were a whopping ten feet apart so our server could have handled the extra walk. Food was great and service at our table was great as well

AMAZING experience- we were celebrating our anniversary and the GM himself, Fernando, waited on us and treated us like royalty! We truly have not had a dining experience like that in years!! Fernando went out of his way to make the night special for us and the food was delicious. Highly recommend!

We arrived earlier than our reservation and the manager went out of his way to accommodate us. Everything was perfect except the weather so we could not dine on the lovely patio. Highly recommend! The place seemed to have many return guests. Always a good sign. We even were served a special dessert for our anniversary.

We come to this area about once each year and always dine here at least for one dinner as we have found this restaurant to be a very consistent place in quality, taste, and service. The price is also very reasonable and surprisingly has not changed very much over the years.

My scallop entree was very tasty, but could have used a few more scallops. My wife ordered the pork cutlet entrée which also was very good. However she never has seen a cutlet served with the skin still attached.

Started off with bad experience, at a tasting room near by and called to move reservation back 30 min. Hostess told us not possible because they were too busy however I was able to easily move it back on OpenTable. Arrived and the restaurant was completely empty on a Friday night. Short staffed and our server let us know he wouldn't be around much cause it was just him. Manager was in restaurant but never came to table. Food was okay. Wouldn't go back with other options in town.

Dundee Bistro has maintained a high level of food, service and wine selection from their start. Today's experience was excellent. Outside table was very nice, server knew his menu and wine pairings and everything went smoothly. Would have preferred that they still offered their individual pizzas rather than flatbreads, but maybe that is seasonal.

Appetizers were scampi and artichoke - Scampi was excellent but felt artichoke as prepared was a little under seasoned. A little table salt solved the problem and enjoyed the dish as generally well composed and cooked. Salmon was moist and tender - delicious. Rib eye was cooked as asked but the actual steak was a little thinner and chewier than expected - expected slightly higher quality piece of meat for price. Sides were good. Service was attentive. Prices overall were what I expected to pay considering the location and the cost of quality ingredients

We have been going to Dundee Bistro for years. We have never been disappointed. However, this most recent experience was very disappointing. Everyone was new and although polite the service was not crisp like it usually has been. Our favorite waiters have been older and skilled. This staff was very young. The very young women who were in some sort of T-shirt uniforms seemed to move around the restaurant as if they did not know what to do. Our waiter took our orders but the young women served our food and, of course, did not know who ordered what. The dinner menu has been changed to make it rather ordinary. It could been the menu of any number of average restaurants. The worst part, for us, was that the wonderful thin crusted pizzas have been dropped from the menu. The menu consisted of heavy foods. I am a small eater and the pizza has always been good for me. I love the ability to carry on a conversation in the quiet lovely environment. That has not changed. This is just not the same place that we have loved for so long. We will not go back.

I normally really like this restaurant. Nice ambiance and staff. This visit was disappointing. Both of our dinners were cold twice! Entree was warm but the sides were cold. We sent them back and the replacements were the same. For the price of this restaurant I would assume they would use a thermometer on the warming trays.... It would also be nice if the waiters actually delivered the food rather then the teenage helpers that never know who gets what food.

Excellent service. Great atmosphere. Very mediocre food. The salmon was farmed which is not great when in Oregon. The presentation was very pedestrian. The scallops were under seared and fairly bland. The pasta was clumpy. The overall food experience was average at best!

Our dinner was really excellent. My wife ordered the "steak salad" which turned out to be a wedge salad with a filet (not steak sliced on top of the salad which is what I assumed it would be). Had I understood that, I would have ordered the same thing. We both order our steaks "medium"--mine was toward medium well and hers was toward medium rare...but both were close enough that we enjoyed them. We shared a lemon olive oil cake, which was delicious! The wine list is nice...an emphasis on the local products but with enough other options to suit every taste without being overwhelming, and a wide range of prices apparently without an excessive mark up.

Good location in Dundee with a short menu for food and nice ambiance. The clams were good and so was the burger. The salads were generous in size. But the service was slow on a not busy Wednesday evening. And the artichoke dish was bitter and not edible. The bar service was so slow that we were done with our entrees before our glasses of wine arrived. The Bistro was ok but there are better choices in the area.

Would not prepare a vegetarian pasta even though it was on the website menu that morning. Restaurant was less than full and yet it took a long time to receive our food. Food was served cold and some not very tasty. Never came to the table to check to see if everything was alright. Told a person we had some complaints and they sent over a waitress in training rather than the manager.

Dundee Bistro is a lovely dining experience. Wait staff are attentive and respond quickly to questions/customer needs. They have rotated their menu for the summer with many fresh choices. Recommend.
