The tasting room was conveniently located in dundee, so we stopped by for a tasting Friday afternoon. Glad we did! The wines were dynamite. The 2021 Thoma and the Roe & Roe were both superb.
Perhaps the best part was being hosted by James, who is an absolute gentleman and truly the star of the show at North Valley. Thanks again James, meeting you was an honor of ours.

Exceptional service! You can tell how passionate they are about the wines and were happy to answer all our questions! Our server( wish I could remember her name) really went above and beyond to give us the best experience. We went to several winery’s over the course of our stay in the area and this was favourite one.

If I could give the winery and Michelle 10 *’stars,I would! The level of customer service we received when we arrived was impeccable! Michelle came out to the walkway and met us with a tasting of North Valley Vineyards’ Rosé wine. She explained that this is how Tony and Michelle Sotor want your experience to begin! Thumbs ?? Up for this! As well as that amazing first impression, the level of Michelle’s expertise in the knowledge of soil, climate and history of the land was really great!We ( my husband and I) and another couple with us joined the wine club! I want more of that was our expression for the day, what a great surprise for us all!!!Thank you again!

Reservations required for tasting. The staff are very knowledgeable about not only their wine but the AVAs where their grapes are sourced. I hold all their wine in high regard. Unlike some places where they are doing one thing really well but other things fall flat, I enjoy everything they do.

North Valley is a "home away from home" destination that can't be missed. The cozy log cabin is the perfect setting for their seated tasting, which includes Chardonnay, Rose and various Pinot Noir's depending on the time of year. I really can't compliment the staff enough - they are truly passionate about wine and sharing their sustainable story, from bud break to bottle. The stunning views round off a one of a kind experience. Cheers to the Soter's - you've done it again!
