Excellent food and atmosphere.

Ambiance was good. I was not impressed with drinks. They were weak and for the price they charged there is no excuse! I was impressed the bar tender offered/ did go get Pepsi product cause that's what I was hoping for.

Appetizer: had oyster and Brussel sprouts. I thought oysters looked and tasted like they were deep fried at a gas station. Brussels were tasty.

Dinner: I had the special. The steak had amazing flavor, until you got to the scoop of I don't know that was put on top, I think it was suppose to melt but never did and made me feel sick to my stomach. When I got to the part of the steak with this odd sauce, I stopped eating it. It came with fries, honestly you should visit the wildwood in willamina, it's a bar, and you could learn how to actually make your fries good!

Also in the end we were told what our tip was going to be. Really unimpressed with that. Just goes to show how much confidence you lack in your ability to impress.

This place is great Ambiance, ok food, but you don't deserve to charge and require a tip like this for what you provided. It was an extreme disappointment in the service to charge.

You want to charge like this maybe, you should visit the ring side in Portland downtown, gather what real service and experience is, then possibly you'll deserve what you charge and your mandatory tip!

We had a delightful, and memorable visit to Tina's. The wine list is comprehensive, and meticulously curated to highlight some of the gems from Willamette Valley, as well as truly unique and terrific wines from international producers that compliment the selections on the menu. Every item that blessed our table was excellent flavor, great presentation, and highest quality ingredients! My personal entrée was the tenderloin fillet, and it was perfect! I did not even specify a temperature, and when I cut into it, I could see that I did not need to. Amazing demi glace was generously plated with rosemary potatoes that were thinly sliced and layered into a most delicate, and wonderful "Pommes Ana". Truly outstanding meal, from start to finish. Service was excellent, we got to chat with the Owners/chef Michael and Dawn, we were never left wondering where the staff was, and we were never interrupted or inundated with visits, or inquiries. A seamless sense of hospitality and knowledgeable staff to guide us with any curiosity regarding wine list or menu options. Will definitely recommend with highest praise!

We showed up without reservation and they not only accommodated us but apologized for the (short) wait and gave us complimentary glasses of sparlkiling wine
Danielle, our server, is TWO WEEKS from delivering her first child (a girl, Emerson Grace) and she could not have been nicer or more attentive. The food (esp the soufflé) was outstanding and owner/chef, Mike, made sure he talked to each table and was a delight
Must do and must do again

We asked locals where they go for fine dining. Many people recommended Tina’s. It’s a quaint restaurant that features a placard champagne topper with your reservation name on the table. Our server was kind and friendly, but left out other choices we saw at other tables. She failed to answer questions directly leading us to guess what to order. My friend’s pork chop was on the dry side, and my duck breast was really only 5 slices of breast about 1/2” thick and two inches long, so they were skimping on the portions and still charged $58, despite the menu saying it’s a full breast. The cobbler dessert was delicious but hardly a cobbler… it was a tart in a small ramikan, with a scoop of ice cream. In fact, my friend asked for some extra ice cream since she described the cobbler as being a healthy amount of crumbles on top (conspicuously absent)) and we were charged an extra $6 for the extra scoop on top of the $16 per dessert cost. She also told us when we asked for our check that a gratuity service charge had already been added! No mention of this practice until we got the bill and we were simply a twosome. That was just weird and made us feel strange about leaving another tip on top so we didn’t. All in all, Tina’s was much like what Oregon wine tasting has become: $70 per person wine tasting fees that allow newbies to finally say they have gone wine tasting. For comparison, we recently went to Sonoma and Healdsburg and tasting was more reasonable at $20 average, typically waived with a wine purchase of a bottle. Fine dining is truly fine in Sonoma where prices are justified by exceptional farm-to-table cuisine, where chefs study under greats and have actually gone to cooking school, where service includes servers wearing nice clothes, using crumbers on tablecloths where customers are cared for to make their experience exceptional. By the way, take a coat if you go to Tina’s. They keep the temp at 68 degrees so that servers can remain cool. The customers are less important.

Underwhelming for sure. For the price I am quite disappointed. Still looking for an exceptional meal in the Dundee area. Seems to be the same old mediocre restaurant scene that I remember from when I lived here 35 years ago. Limited menu, average service and mediocre food. You just expect more when you spend $100 each for dinner and that didn’t include beverages.

I was disappointed with my experience at Tina's. The food was pricey and underwhelming, particularly my fatty beef tenderloin. Our server seemed disinterested and ignored us, while the hostesses and food runners were more attentive. Additionally, the 20% surcharge, coupled with the expectation of an extra tip, felt excessive.

Regardless of food and wine and atmosphere, the TWENTY PERCENT SERVICE CHARGE is ridiculous! These service charges are the equivalent of airline JUNK FEES.
Raise your prices if you’re not ashamed of it and quit being deceptive!
We ‘tip’ a minimum 20-25% and feel good about it. I will never feel good deceptive restaurant JUNK FEES.

Stayed 4 nights in Williamette Valley and this was our favorite restaurant. Great ambiance, service, food and drinks. Really enjoyed the Black Walnut Manhattan, Rack of Lamb and the Chocolate Dessert with a Glass of Port. Perfection!!
