We had dinner at Trellis on our recent visit to the area. Everything about the experience was more than expected. We sat outside and enjoyed the weather. It was our first trip to Oregon, and I loved choosing local wines to make my own wine flight. My husband enjoyed blueberry bourbon smash. We loved the arugula and burrata salad with walnut pesto as well as the chicken special and the short rib stroganoff. Our only regret was that we were too full to try a dessert. We will be back if we visit the area again and will send our friends!

When in wine country indulge in the best. The team at Trellis does an incredible job with food, atmosphere and most importantly service. Our group ordered these entrees:
clams in white cream sauce, bacon /pork belly and foccacia (seasonal) trellis fries with rosemary and pecorino romano mixed greens with pesto and burrata and focaccia (seasonal)
The clams were fresh and simmered in a decadent wine butter sauce with cream. we could've ordered another plate of focaccia as it was incredibly delicious and addictive to dip.
Fries fries fries... everywhere on every menu but not like these. Trellis does a one up move with masterfully crafted fries that had a bit of potato skin and were not greasy. nice and crisp with some pieces being soft the textures were great and the cheese and herbs made us drool. people swear by mcdonalds fries but no, this are the fries you gotta have in Oregon wine country.
The mixed greens were nicely prepared with the most well balanced house made pesto? not too salty or oily. the burrata was a generous portion also, enough to share with 3-4 people. and there was a drizzle of a sweet balsamic glaze that had a nice balance also, very well thought out and perfect execution.
all this served outside in the 90+degree weather. Our server Sydney (shout out to her!) did an amazing job juggling multiple tables with ease and made the experience pleasant and enjoyable. 20/10 for Sydney's efforts and positive vibes.
No main meat or fish was ordered but definitely will try next visit.
Like the other review mentioned, it could be a michelin 3 star restaurant but I'm glad it's not so us locals can enjoy it without the long line and crowds.

Such an amazing place! We booked them to cater our wedding and it was nothing but a 5 star experience! Their staff knew exactly what they were doing and got things done! The food was incredible and their coordinator had amazing communication from booking all the way to follow up after our big day! We've also been to the brick and mortar location on several locations and have never been disappointed. A fan favorite for my spouse and our family!!
