We have dined here several times. We are grateful that they are open for lunch - there isn’t too much in the Wine Country. We are even more grateful that the food is always tasty served by a great staff.

I wouldn't go back to this restaurant to eat this food (I had the French Dip with trellis fries.) at half the price they are charging and the service wasn't any better. 2 of our 4 orders were wrong and the waitress never came back after delivering our food. Eventually someone else showed up to bring us our bill.

We waited for 20 minutes after being seated to just get our drink order taken. We almost left but she did apologize when she arrived and took our order and we understand things happen. After 20 minutes we were of course ready to put in our entire order. Drinks and food came (gave 2 stars because the food was good) but we never were checked in on again until we were done and ready to leave. We would have ordered another drink and needed a spoon and more bread (which we didn’t expect for free) to go with one of our dishes but they never came back until we were completely finished and ready to leave at that point. Bummer to waste a rare date night away from our littles for an experience like that.

Trellis is a lovely spot nestled in wine country serving impressive dishes in a warm, unpretentious setting. Each dish is prepared beautifully and is not only pretty but oh-so tasty. They were able to help me create a mock-tail on the fly and made us feel welcome and appreciated, even though there were only 2 of us. Trellis staff are friendly and accommodating and the food is simply delicious! This is my favorite spot from McMinnville to Portland, hands down! Don't forget to check Trellis out during the YCAP Melt Down (a grilled cheese sandwich contest benefitting the local food bank) for the entire month of February!
I hosted a bachelorette a few weeks back, and we had dinner at Trellis!
I emailed to make a reservation a few months in advance just because we had a fairly large group, and they were fab! They requested a small $10 deposit per person to hold the table. They offered for me to either put that money towards my bill or to get it back after dinner. They were super easy to work with and extremely responsive.
Costumer service was just as great during our evening. She was an amazing waitress, and I SO wish I could remember her name. She was playful and fun and did amazing with our big group.
The food was to die for! Drinks were amazing. We ordered foccacia for the table, and I had the stroganoff, which was so incredibly delicious. I have been dreaming of eating it again since I left. We all had the creme Brule for desert, and it was amazing!
I will 100% be going back as soon as I have the chance.
