Place had some real nostalgic feeling to a real diner service was amazing and food was rather good. Everyone had a bright smile that honestly felt like it lightend your day. Very authentic
I enjoy looking at stuff on my smartphone while waiting for food but sign on the door says no phones allowed. The food came, I ordered Rueben and potato salad. In my world eggs don't belong in tater salad - I found a shell fragment. The meat on the Rueben was too thinly sliced and tasted more like pastrami, I asked the waitress and she said it's corned beef. The location is hard to find, only signage is painted on the window under the eves. I'll give them another...
The food was good, the service was GREAT! A little on the greasy side, it kind of turned my stomach about an hour after eating... still, though it tasted good, and I'm sure we'll be back. Great pancakes, and I'm normally not a fan of restaurant pancakes. Excellent biscuits and gravy as well!
