This is the second time we went to Black rock in a week and the attitude of several employees were plain rude. They didnāt acknowledge upon arrival. They are too busy having conversations with others. This last time we had about six minutes before closing and the employee said sorry we are closing. You still got six minutes before you close . I remember when you guys first opened and everyone was cheerful and excited. Now they seem like they hate their job and customers. What the heck Black Rock. I donāt think I will visit this location anytime soon. Do better!!

Iāve been a regular at Black Rock Coffee, but lately, the quality has seriously gone downhill. The coffee has been consistently tasting burnt ā not just a one-off, but every time Iāve gone recently.
To make matters worse, thereās a younger, skinny blonde barista working there who has been incredibly rude. I asked for a simple drink that Iāve had made before, and she flat-out told me she couldnāt make it ā despite it being something basic that most baristas should know. On another occasion, she said she couldnāt make a blended Fuel because she ādidnāt have the recipe.ā Really? Itās your own menu item.
Customer service and quality have taken a big hit here. Disappointing, especially from a place I used to enjoy.

Best fast food coffee in Eagle Point. I wish they had outdoor seating and a walk up window. Never a long wait, drinks are always consistent and professionally prepared. My favorite pre work pre game spot.

Typical coffee shop. Thereās nothing that stands out as amazing but they are really nice and the coffee is always good.

I frequent this particular black rock at least 2 days a week. When I go there Iām usually on my way to drop kids off at school and on a time restraint . On 2 separate occasions recently Iāve been cut off in line. When I got to the window and explained to employee as to why I honked at the lady in front of me the lady helping me was extremely rude. One of the worst customer service experiences Iāve ever had. In addition, the lady in front of me hit a truck while cutting in front of me in line. Iām not sure if there is any way to regulate your drive through better but when people are waiting forever as it is to get drinks itās very frustrating to have people cutting in front of you.
