COMAL BAR AND GRILL #3 (EAGLE POINT)

Mediocre food, terrible service, high prices. I have been here multiple times because of the generally good reviews. I thought it was just bad luck on my part. I don't understand the good reviews. The service has always been poor, the food just OK, and the prices are pretty darn high. I tried again tonight and it was just bad: oddball tastes, messed up service and a high bill again. Waitress chased me out of restaurant claiming I did not pay enough but I paid based on her receipt and left a 20+% tip. Turns out she says she gave me the wrong bill. But then she never gave me a copy of the right bill so I could understand her higher price. This place is awful. Avoid.

Order Lunch, a couple of plates to go, great service, food ok, I also got a drink to go. $7.00 dollars for a agua de tamarindo about 12oz , tasted horrible.
Would I go again probably not. I don’t mind paying for good food, to take advantage of people…

Don't order Soda water. The food here is generally really delicious, I've had a number of things on the menu - all really good! Service has ben delightful albeit slow so you have to anticipate that. However the reason for 4 stars is last night I ordered the enchiladas and a soda water(from the gun, not a perrier bottle) I was charged $5 for soda water! And the enchiladas came out completely dry. Like zero enchilada sauce. I only asked for no cheese since I cant eat dairy. But totally dry? I was too hungry and tired to complain. But I just came on here to warn everyone - Don't order Soda Water.
