Terrible customer service. Pizza was cooked too long as the crust was basically burnt and so were the garlic knots. I’ll be driving farther to central point or Medford rather than coming back to this location.
I have tried three times eat at your establishment. All three times I have stood in line for more than 10 minutes with no one in front of me and the server talking to the other customers. My last and final time I show up. The server is casually talking to another customer the customer walks off he stands there for a few minutes then says hes busy and answer 3 phone calls While I'm standing there, waiting............. went to abbys pizza was done within 10 mins

Trying to make an order online, says this particular store is having an issue receiving online orders. Can’t call in and make the order and get the same prices. Kinda ridiculous…the guy I called and talked to 1/24/25 evening, sure was not helpful or kind or understanding in me figuring out what to do since my order would be $10+ more if I made the order over the phone. Seeing the other reviews on here, is sounds like you guys need to get your online ordering figured out.

Had to remake the order and know one seems to know what is going on.
Wow, the manager is absolutely horrible. Placed an order and never received it. Called and was told the driver already was back at the store. I was taken a back by the managers response. She as well as who hired her should be fired. Again, management has no idea what they're doing and will not take responsibility. The worst customer service in the Valley. Shame on you manager for you have wrote the manual of what not to be.
Dominos is my go to most days of the week. I mean a free medium pizza with a 9 dollar purchase. Can't go wrong there............I'm not sure if that's just thru Uber eats or walk inside as well.
Our delivery driver, Joshua was fantastic, he was waiting outside for a while and didn’t leave!

Food was late and tasted like it was expired. Pizza was stiff, rubbery, cold, and they failed to add the extra toppings I requested and paid for. Refused to give refund or give manager information. Bread bites were stale and hard to eat. This place is a joke. Not worth it.
