Had to remake the order and know one seems to know what is going on.
Wow, the manager is absolutely horrible. Placed an order and never received it. Called and was told the driver already was back at the store. I was taken a back by the managers response. She as well as who hired her should be fired. Again, management has no idea what they're doing and will not take responsibility. The worst customer service in the Valley. Shame on you manager for you have wrote the manual of what not to be.

Dominos is my go to most days of the week. I mean a free medium pizza with a 9 dollar purchase. Can't go wrong there............I'm not sure if that's just thru Uber eats or walk inside as well.
Our delivery driver, Joshua was fantastic, he was waiting outside for a while and didn’t leave!

Food was late and tasted like it was expired. Pizza was stiff, rubbery, cold, and they failed to add the extra toppings I requested and paid for. Refused to give refund or give manager information. Bread bites were stale and hard to eat. This place is a joke. Not worth it.

Ordered delivery at 620 Still shoes preparing at 7 So I call.... the didn't even start my order. Had to go get it myself instead of delivery which btw I paid for (fee and tip) prior to having to go get it myself!

We normally cook our own or go to a restaurant. It was getting late and we were tired. We got a large pizza. Staff was nice and very prompt. We added a lava cake to the order. Omg, pizza was great and the cake delicious. We'll be bavk.

Yesterday I stopped in and ordered a small DELUXE pizza which came late but no big deal I was waiting over the 12 minutes and I took it home and found out it was like slop job not impressive. I paid cash and left a 20% tip only to discover this. The next time I'll just order a pepperoni pizza. This is my second time at the store. The very first time that pizza was wonderful. I really wish I could post a picture.

I love pizza restaurant. This location in particular is pretty good. Has always made my pizza as directed. I like my pizza Well Done w/ White garlic Parm Sauce. And they make it how i like it without burning it. Also the sandwiches are done just right and also i appreciate the fast delivery service. Thanks Eagle Point Domino’s

I called to order pizza. They said they would have it ready in an hour. Arrived there exactly 1 hour later...they handed me an almost cold pizza. I thought health laws required you to keep it at an appropriate temp. Wasn't very good by then, because they let it sit that way. I had accepted the box..I live 5 minutes away and it was cold by time I got it in the kitchen. If they had told me they weren't going to have it cooked just before that "hour", I would have picked it up then. Not good service !

Woke up this morning to 3 Domino's pizza boxes on top of my grill. Apparently they delivered to the wrong address and since it was "contactless" it may have been ordered by a hungry teenager? It must have arrived after we had gone to bed.
