I went to Subway today so satisfy my Subway craving (happens like twice a year) and the Eagle Point location just made my desire for them cease to exist entirely now. I went through Drive-thru because I had two toddlers in the car and appreciated the convenience of it— the 25 min long wait with absolutely no other cars wasn’t even the issue here, it was the fact I ordered 2 sandwiches and one was completely wrong (and expensive mind you) and then there was notes written on the liner paper that touches my sandwich. I was disgusted. Not only that, but I had tried to call the store back countless times and no one answers at all nor is there a voicemail machine to even let them know. unfortunately I was already back home to discover these issues or I would have just turned back around. This was absolutely unacceptable to have ink touching peoples food and no way of customers to inform the store of their neglegence.

They have the worst customer service. The people there are extremely rude. I got a turkey sandwich and was so sick it put me in the ER. I will not be eating at that subway ever again. I tried to get ahold of the owner to tell them about how sick I got but they did not call me back. Poorly run!

Deciding to have lunch in Eagle Point after some time of eating there, how disappointing!!! The servious was atrocious! The bread with no exaggeration was maybe the 12 inch, but the diameter, no kidding was that of a hot dog bun!!! What a joke! We will NEVER eat there again!

Order through doordash, got a 6-in BMT wrap, this item was so small it wrapped itself five times they didn't make it the way it was ordered, and it looks like it was made for a toddler, I've been in the store before and unfortunately had I known the order was made through them I would have canceled it, pathetic. Their information shows they're open until 10:00 p.m., obviously they're closed now, so I will be bringing pictures to them tomorrow and informing them that not only did they get my wrap wrong, but for a $20 doordash order, they ought to at least use the serving sizes of the vegetables, meats, and other items added based on the requirements through Subway's training.

The app for Subway is terrible!! You have to step outside and order to get the $6.99 sandwich!! The 2 employees were very nice and helpful. Took longer than expected to get my food.

Ordered on Doordash and got a wrap, which was great. I also ordered a cherry. It was rock hard, tried to call the place and no one answered. I would like my 3 bucks back please.

I am writing this due to the fact I can not contact anyone on the phone, I recently went through your drive thru and purchased a sandwich, I was not offered a receipt so I asked for one, when I looked at it I notice a tip was added, I was never given the option to tip.

We came in at 9:15 so I assume they had already started washing their stuff as they closed at ten but when it came to scooping my tuna Kaiden used his hands instead of walking to the back to get new spoons

We stopped in to grab a sandwich to take with us for a picnic on the river. The place was empty of customers on the inside. However, the drive-through ( they have that at this eagle point location) was busy. We understand she was alone and that the store was busy
She was helping the drive-through customers, perfectly understandable. We stood there for close to to minutes ( seems like 20 when you're standing there lol)
Normally a clerk would say something to the effect of, "hello, I'll be with you in a moment ". This girl... Nothing. And there was a break in her communication with people in the drive through, in between cars. So Service 1 star. Would be 0 if possible. Food? No clue, we left.

This place is always out of several things at a time. I don't know how the one inside Walmart stays opened. It's pretty sad when I have to go to two different subways just to get three sandwiches. It's very frustrating that they act like it's not an inconvenience as well. Think I'm about done with this place.

I've gone through their drive-through 3 times now. They're nice & friendly. Bread, meats, Veggies ALL Fresh. If you want mayo/mustard on the side (packets), they will do that also. They make very good subs.
