The dipping sauces were good but the chicken was to small. I don't think I would eat there again.

My roommate and I had never ordered from the Chicken Shanty and thought we'd give it a try. I chose the Shanty in Eagle Point as it's close to home. I can say we were not disappointed!! We both had the three piece chicken basket, and everything was amazingly wonderful! The young man who made our order was friendly, and in a short time, brought it out to my car. We will definitely be return customers.

I've ordered from them three times now and every time they have made the same crispy and well seasoned chicken and thats a good thing. The cranberry chicken wrap is also amazing and full of flavor, I personally pair it with the honey mustard to dip it in but it's perfect by itself as well. They also left little notes on my order if they were out of a certain dip or if they had to modify it in any way which is something most places don't do and it's a refreshing change.

Normally great. Always get decent sized chicken at the one on jackson st. This white city/eagle point location gave me these dinky little chicken strips. And some tasteless waffle fries. Will not eat here again.

Have been several times it’s never impressive just sounds better sometimes than the fast food options however I always regret it. I heard them talking about the chicken sitting out a while, the worker felt and said it’s still cold just put it in the fridge. I forgot that happen until I ordered my food tonight and got to thinking about it so should have known better than to return. Went again tonight the wrap was inedible very watery and lettuce was gross. We waited for it to be finished so it wasn’t that it sat. The fries are normally decent but we’re burnt. My husbands sandwich was horrible and even looked horrible wish we took a pic. We were wishing we went to carls! The girl working the window was nice so I gave two stars and considering it was ok in the past just never had been worth the money that’s for sure, tonight we threw it all away and ate a frozen burrito at home.
Charlie at the Eagle Point location was awesome! Food was great. And great sauces. My only suggestion... add a tip feature for cards. I had no cash and couldn't give Charlie the tip he deserved.

Amazing!!!! We can't stop going back for more! Recently tried the boneless wings and they were made very well in my opinion, will have again. The prickly pear lemonade is my favorite.
