Walmart doesn't even deserve 1 star from me. Everything is locked up, trying to find someone to help you is like playing Where's Waldo. And when you do find someone, you can tell that they dislike their job. Nobody smiles or engages in small talk on the way back to the item they want unlocked. The customer service is horrible. And I don't even want to start in on the food products they sell ...

HOLY FREAKING CRAZY!!! I won't ever do my shopping there again! There were way too many people, and unorganized product placement!! I felt like I was going through a damn theme park with free rides! If Medford has that many people going to 1 location, then they need to build another Walmart Supercenter in Medford!

:Update: still good place to shop customer service has gone down hill workers are getting more rude and rowdy with certain customers. Takes over an hour just to get some help. And they really need to start accepting hard workers that deserve to work. Have a great day y'all stay safe and hopefully some stuff gets fixed. We love our stores hopefully are stores will someday love us back.

After the store 'reorganizing' the store has less variety, and many products are now behind locked plexiglass. I had to wait 15 minutes to get a bag of cough drops. Nope. We try to shop elsewhere now. Looks pretty spiffy, though.
It is... Walmart! Edit: THEY CHANGED THE LAYOUT AND NOW I CANNOT FIND A SINGLE THING!!! Edit: I changed my review because I learned from someone that works there what the company expects of the stores and... well I don't want this store to close. So five stars, BUT WALMART NEEDS TO MAKE THE STORES LESS SHORT-STAFFED!!! Edit: To be honest, some of the reviews are exaggerated or complaining about safety policies that are too high, but will not be reduced due to various reasons. Wow, this is getting long. Also, the layout change is not as bad after a few months.

DON'T EVER GO HERE WORST WALMART IN THE ROGUE VALLEY Never going shopping at this Walmart again you end up waiting 15 minutes to get item you want unlocked they will hover over your shoulder as your still scanning your items made me so uncomfortable I forgot to scan an item she waited as I put my card in to tell me I forgot to scan an item I thanked her had no problem doing that and after I bought it I realized I used my card instead of food stamps ( I was distracted having to show her where broccoli was on the screen to make sure I scanned it )

They need to think of a better way for us to check out one way in people park right in entrance to be checked out can't get around them so we just line up some time s I need to be somewhere for appointment put can't stop might get caught in line and if they're going to lock up everything you need to have a person there to unlock it four times now I have had to walk the entire store to find someone lock up everything in one place so I can get some kind help think maybe start shopping at food for less
