H&P Cafe is the quintessential hole-in-the-wall, a necessary stop in the middle of a beautiful, but somewhat remote, stretch of Oregon. While the food itself wasn't spectacular, it absolutely hit the spot after a long drive.
The prices were fair, and they certainly didn't skimp on the servings; we walked away feeling fully satisfied thanks to the genuinely huge portions of comfort food.
Ultimately, H&P is a functional, satisfying stop when you need it most. While it won’t be my first choice if I were passing through that area again, if you are driving through, hungry, and looking for a dependable meal that offers decent value, this cafe definitely serves its purpose.

Great breakfast at a great price. The pancakes were excellent and the bacon used was high grade bacon and it was cooked perfectly.
The waitress were very unorganized, and the chef was eating in the kitchen in font of everyone and i never saw him waste his hands afterwards. Just seem very unprofessional/unsanitary.

Great place! I was in town visiting family and we came here for lunch. Fantastic prices and all the food we had was great. The man on charge seemed to know every person that came in and was frequently checked in on us. He also poured a mean beer 🍺.
