Great spot to eat! Every meal I've had here has been great. I go to Echo monthly for massages, I used to have morning appointments and would get the best breakfast sandwiches with hashbrowns on the side. Great price point. Went in this evening just before close and didn't realize the time, I double checked and they said it was okay to sit down for an order. The Bacon Mushroom Swiss burger was great. A pile of home fries I couldn't possibly finish, fried to perfection. The service was good and I'm so grateful they didn't mind serving me late.
