Very good food when open. Soup homemade and delicious and they just came out with pizza now that's fantastic they also have handmade breakfast burritos every morning early but there's not a lot in the store plenty of drinks chips fishing gear and beer. Also have fishing bait fishing poles limited RV stuff.

Imma local here in Elkton, Oregon an my golly this place is worth every minute an penny spent. Service is absolutely phenomenal ? and customers are always happy when they leave. It's a great family environment and is a very welcoming place, for sure to keep customers coming back.

Stopped for lunch on the long drive back to the airport after a coastal road trip. The pizza place next door was out of pizzas. Staff was welcoming, food was yummy, cute little store attached. Enjoyed the grilled ham and cheese and onion rings. One of my favorite pit stops of the trip :)

Absolutely zero customer service. If you plan on eating here you better have at least a couple of hours of time to burn. I ended up walking out because I couldn't get anybody to take my order

ALL FEDERAL WILDLAND FIREFIGHTERS AVOID THIS TOWN AND ESTABLISHMENTThere was a Native Amercan Indigenousman working as a federal Wildland Firefighter contractor as a Firewatchman in Elkton/Drain Oregon in July 2023He stopped at Arelenes to buy jugs of water.A mob of intoxicated individuals (9 regulars), with the owner as part of the mob attacked him at Arelenes for telling one of the intoxicated people that he was Indigenous Native American and not Mexican like he was accused of being.Then the Town Mob then said to stay out of Their White Town to the Native American Indigenous Person.The group made a false report to the Douglas County Sheriff department that he was driving around the town whooping like an Indian onhis motorcycle all drunk.Later While he was literally at the firewatch station the towns people tried to get past the firewatch gate and shot a gun at the camp.Then the Douglas County Sheriff department came to the firewatch station 27 miles into the forest, Beat and Tased him until he went into cardiac arrest and had a Complete Stroke.*Spent 6 days in the ICU*Not a single person has been arrested Yet for the Hate Crime or False ReportThis establishment needs to be shut down for good.They have done everything to cover this up and not be made known to the public or Media.

I love stopping at small mom an pop places like this!! Living on the coast an a retired chef I like to try homemade chowder or other soups. The monday I went their they had chicken noodle, I got a order to go, it came in a coffee cup, I thought that was kinda cool an different! the soup didn't seem homemade, same type of soup we would use for schools or retirement homes!!Not very warm either. Well I got food poisoning that day from the soup. Nice place an employees an good service. But will not be back unfortunately.
