El Guerrera’s Azteca Tacos – Elkton, Oregon Nice little food truck right along Highway 38. They’ve got a pretty big menu with lots of great choices, and the staff is super friendly. Service was quick, and everything we tried was tasty. A great stop if you’re passing through Elkton!

If you're driving through the area, this place is a must-visit. We got a chimichanga, taco salad bowl with chili verde, and a horchata. The food was ready super quick and it was delicious. Very fresh ingredients and full of flavor. Not greasy, not too salty, just right! The taco shell bowl was super crunchy and delicious. Meat was not too dry either. Horchata was so refreshing. Please give these folks your business, they're very kind and the food is so good!

Everything was delicious! EVERYTHING! But most notably, the shell on my taco salad was the most light, crispy yummy shell I've ever had on a salad. Not overly greasy, and such tasty flavor. Horchata was very tasty as well! And the service was perfect. Very friendly staff. ❤️ Thanks for the great experience!
Drive up food mobile home in a parking lot in Elkton. Large menu with freshly prepared dishes at reasonable prices. Eat at the picnic tables on site or take out.

We have loved this food truck for a long time. Just this past weekend we asked them to cater my mother in-law's wedding at the ECEC and they did and AMAZING job! They made enchiladas, beans, rice, chips and salsa and everyone loved it! Super professional, timely, and kind service.

Making our way west to the coast. Got lucky and found this place. The food and the service are incredible. We were bummed out that they were closed on our way back. An absolute ‘must stop’ for us from now on when we are headed to and from the coast.

Fantastic little food truck that made my roadtrip all the better. I had the shrimp tacos, and they were sooooooo delicious. For only $10, it was a legendary plate. Plus they gave me 2 squirtable bottles of equally tasty sauces. (one mild, one spicy) If I find myself in this gorgeous little town again, I'll remember this place.
