their food is pretty good but they need to learn what a Coney Island is. it's not a hoagie roll. cut in half with a slice hot dog on it with cone sauce. I've been getting Lew's Coney Islands since I was a kid and I know what they're supposed to be.
I went there for homecoming dinner. When ordering the menu wasn’t clear at all. The entire order got messed up. Customer service was awful! The lady’s who served us was in a rush and very snarky. Definitely will be my last time there which is sad because I looked very highly to this place.
I took my two kids to Lew's for the first time. The only restaurant we've been successful at (read: both kids eating well and not whining the whole time) is Red Robin. UNTIL TODAY. My eldest (6, and the pickiest eater in so many lands) raved over how "delish" the fries were and said that he had the best Pancakes in the whole world.
