their food is pretty good but they need to learn what a Coney Island is. it's not a hoagie roll. cut in half with a slice hot dog on it with cone sauce. I've been getting Lew's Coney Islands since I was a kid and I know what they're supposed to be.

Really enjoyed this quaint small diner-style burger joint. Just off the road, quick service and very friendly staff. The locals recommend this place. I recommend if you’re passing through and need to fulfill your hunger with a juicy old fashioned burger n’ fries, or are new to the area.

Lew's had old-fashioned charm in a hometown setting. The menu had plenty of grill-sryle options (seafood baskets were a pleasant surprise!) and the prices were reasonable. I could tell they took pride in their food!
They were/are looking for help and the atmosphere seemed a little tense and to-the-point, but I would recommend stopping here to support a unique throw-back.

A Disappointing Experience at Lews Drive In
Unfortunately, my recent visit to Lews Drive In was far from pleasant. From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was tense, and the staff displayed unprofessional behavior—slamming condiments and showing noticeable rudeness toward customers.
The quality of the food was equally concerning. The meal had an unpleasant aftertaste, making it difficult to enjoy. To make matters worse, we discovered foreign objects in our drink, which raised serious questions about cleanliness and food safety.
Attempting to address our concerns with management was futile, as the owner was dismissive and unwilling to engage in a respectful conversation. Overall, this was a deeply disappointing experience, and based on the service and quality received, I will not be returning.

Stopped in for lunch and had a Philly that really hit the spot. Great food and really nice people. Definitely recommend!
I went there for homecoming dinner. When ordering the menu wasn’t clear at all. The entire order got messed up. Customer service was awful! The lady’s who served us was in a rush and very snarky. Definitely will be my last time there which is sad because I looked very highly to this place.

I took my two kids to Lew's for the first time. The only restaurant we've been successful at (read: both kids eating well and not whining the whole time) is Red Robin. UNTIL TODAY. My eldest (6, and the pickiest eater in so many lands) raved over how "delish" the fries were and said that he had the best Pancakes in the whole world. My younger was stoked about the Texas toast her grilled cheese came on. Bringing kids to a restaurant - mostly not my favorite, but today was a really nice experience!
