I went there for homecoming dinner. When ordering the menu wasn’t clear at all. The entire order got messed up. Customer service was awful! The lady’s who served us was in a rush and very snarky. Definitely will be my last time there which is sad because I looked very highly to this place.

I took my two kids to Lew's for the first time. The only restaurant we've been successful at (read: both kids eating well and not whining the whole time) is Red Robin. UNTIL TODAY. My eldest (6, and the pickiest eater in so many lands) raved over how "delish" the fries were and said that he had the best Pancakes in the whole world. My younger was stoked about the Texas toast her grilled cheese came on. Bringing kids to a restaurant - mostly not my favorite, but today was a really nice experience!

Went in with a group of 12, and they were great! Great food, friendly staff, and the service was pretty quick considering how large a crowd we were. One of the best burgers I've had recently!
Vegetarian options: They got a garden burger option.

I've rarely been disappointed by a restaurant, especially one run by a family. There were only 2 people working what became the lunch rush. It took 10 minutes to get an order of fries and a further 10 minutes to get our milkshakes. I should point out that there were only 2 people in there and they already had their orders before my nephew and I ordered for us. I've enjoyed myself at this establishment before but after this last disappointed visit I won't going back
A "must stop in" if you passing through Estacada Or. The folks there are awesome, friendly and family focused! The food is incredible, burgers are great, the sides are large full of flavor but the milkshakes are totally the BOMB! Especially the fresh fruit ones. Easy access off the State route, highly recommended for a great lunch or quick dinner.
1st time coming here and they forgot a part of my order and made me wait an additional 20 minutes for my order. Food was great. Service not so much.

Had the mushroom burger w/fries. Service was fine. Nicely decorated small town burgers joint. The burger was great. Old style ice Berg lettuce, onions, pickles and special sauce. 2nd time I've eaten there. Won't be the last.

Got me my food way out in the sticks, only place that I could find that would deliver to me. They were friendly, reasonable on the upcharge & the burger was amazing. Was happy to eat here & honestly if I get the chance?
