Last several times I have gone to either location have been a major disappointment. Either the drinks get made wrong or they are just plain awful. Disappointing as they used to be consistently amazing. Will not be going back and do not recommend.

Coffee just isn’t that great. Had an americano recently and just tasted watered down and/or made with regular coffee and not espresso. Third time trying this place and I won’t be back. Customer service is excellent… just bad coffee

I used to be a regular customer until today! After I got my normal coffee (Americano, with Half n Half) I started to drink it and noticed an odd taste. I then after another sip noticed something chunky in my mouth. I pulled over and lifted the lid to my coffee and was shocked by what I saw. there was massive chunks of curdled milk! not small chunks but huge chunks. I messaged the owner to let her know what happened so she could check the dates on her milk. she responded once and basically told me that's normal. I replied and told her it's definitely not normal and that I've never had this issue before. She then decided to ignore 3 more replies back to her. After I didn't hear back I decided to post on Facebook warning locals to check their coffee before drinking it. Then the Manager of Planet decided to jump on the post bashing me. Not even apologizing for their wrong doing! Immediately after I posted it, then the owner replied back to me. Not to say sorry but to tell me I'm wrong and that she will be contacting an attorney to sue me for defamation to her business! She did offer me a gift card for $25 but who would ever want to even go back? I really enjoyed my morning cup of Joe there before this happened but with how they treated this complaint and how they've gone out of there way to bash me on social media isn't okay at all. I hope no one ever has to go through the hurt they have caused me and the threats they've made towards me. They should have replied right away and apologized. That would have been the end of everything. Do better Planet Cup of Joe!

really nice people! every time I get coffee it's always to strong or not sweet enough. I am always specific with my order... so I just get the pastries or smoothies. which are great!
