I walked in to order and I was told online orders are to be taken care of first there is two lady’s working and not one of them could do my order? Then she went to the back to “prep” instead of taking walk in orders there was 3 people that walked in and left due to this issue. VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED.

I haven't had any bad experiences with sandwich orders being wrong or lack luster but the tables are gross here, don't dine in, the bathrooms and counters are pretty gross too, otherwise it's alright, 2/5

Cleanliness is not their priority. Dining room was dirty. Behind the counter it was very messy. I picked up my order and it was wrong. Take the extra time to drive to the Sandy location by Fred Meyers. They provide good service and tasty food!

The Estacada Subway is utterly disgusting. After 4 times of going in and seeing the same scenarios, I thought I'd finally leave a review in hopes of these issues getting fixed. The employees are dirty, their clothes are caked in filth and they either lean their bodies into your sandwiches when reaching for items or continuously touch their hats, shirts, glasses, ears etc. It's disgusting. Today a girl in dirty skimpy street clothes was hanging out in the back. Walking from the back to the front with her hand down her pants. Was she a manager? She looked like she hadn't showered in weeks. Was she touching food in the back? Who knows. Filthy. They also don't acknowledge when you walk in, you can stand in front of the staff for 10 minutes or more before you're acknowledged. I was even the only customer in the building. I always feel so gross eating the food after I see who's preparing it in the back vs who's touching what when it's put together. I hope someone sees this and has it fixed. I can't be the only person seeing how filthy and disgusting the Estacada store is. I'd rather travel to Sandy or Gresham than go there a 5th time and gamble with food poisoning. ?

For reference this is usually the only subway I go to. They’re fast and make great subs. Also, I understand customer service can be difficult as I work customer service myself.

Today was kind of a one off experience but left a bit of a sour taste. My husband and I went in about 6:45 today and started ordering a wrap each. There was a blonde woman (took our order) and another gentlemen behind the counter. We started ordering and got to vegetables and my husband was listing them off as usual but I noticed a fly had just landed on his wrap and hopped over to the meat, and from my point of view it looked as if she had just plopped the lettuce on top of the fly and then started sprinkling olives on after. I told her as quickly as I could force the words out and she stood in disbelief for a moment. I told her “I’m sorry but I’m so serious, it was under the lettuce I’m not joking, I didn’t see if fly off please look” she claimed it was the olives but again I told her “it was under the lettuce, I swear I’m not joking”. Instantly I could tell this frustrated her and she started to pick at the lettuce and olives and stating there was no fly on the sandwich at all, my husband is a bit squeamish so he asked her if she would please make a new one because well, who wants a fly in their wrap. This visibly upset her as she picked up the wrap and slammed it into the trash, sighing very loudly. I felt bad she had to restart it but I don’t think it really warranted that reaction, we weren’t asking for a free one. My husband wanted to leave after that but I made him stay so we could continue with our order since mine was already half finished, but it just didn’t feel very nice. I will say by the end of the transaction her demeanor was a bit more neutral and she told us to have a good rest of our day. I wish she could have looked at the camera and saw what I had seen. Hopefully we didn’t upset her too much, just keep an eye on your food, people!

I hope I have the right Subway but, just in case... Went to the Walmart Southgate I believe and got a sandwich. I didn't know till I got home that it had been made differently, in a good way tho. You know how pre made sandwiches Always get Soggy and really wet because of many reasons, well, I usually only eat a 1/3 of a foot long or a 1/4 sometimes so that gives me 3-4 meals out of one foot long even if it's Soggy, I just heat it up a little bit. So I noticed right away that my sandwich was sitting up where neither top nor bottom of bread were touching the counter or plate so none of my vegetables were either and my bread was still perfect. Honestly I have had a issue with Soggy bread, crackers, chips, etc. I can't handle the texture and no joke, I'm the picky eater of my family. By the 3rd day, the bread was still perfect but, the veggies were wilted and stale, I guess they didn't taste right. The lady that made the sandwich was still there but, they were busy! I'll make it as point to stop by and let her boss know how pleased I was w/ the service she gave and the food she made.

I did NOT get the sandwich I ordered. When I complained I was told that they fixed what I ordered and they werent going to fix Their mistake..that I was taking what they fixed...I ended up having to go to sandy to get what I wanted...I will NEVER go back to this store again....They were rude and incompetant and ripped me off for more than 20 dollars.
