If this is The beast I am a kangaroo.It won't let me post a picture but it's just have one thin layer of turkey, one roast beef, one salami one ham and on afoot long 4 triangles of the white American, which is the cheese I requested.There was no way 1/2 pound of meat on it. And being we were traveling we were down the road before we noticed we got ripped off.

It's so disappointing when you look forward to something and it doesn't work. The BOGO special wasn't available in store but was told if I ordered through our app we would get a Promo code... Not only did it not work we gave up our spot in line spending an extra 30 min in store for NOTHING! Not to mention your extremely advertised new Ft. Long cookie and pretzels were not available either! ☹️ Hopefully we'll get to try them before they disappear! PS we bought our roommate a Ft. Long SOLY FOR THE BOGO deal that we did not get.

The AC works great LOL I always come In and ask for a water cup and they never turn me down. Usually get service right when I walk in the door there is rarely ever a wait. I love that they still have I've cream and it's all in all a good place to go when there is nowhere else to go. Wish the prices didn't go up so much though.

Was told I couldn’t add more lettuce to my veggie sandwich by some dark haired greasy kid who touched his face too much while making my food. For that kind of money for a veggie sandwich I would expect better customer service and all the lettuce you would want. Before this I ate here 2x a week. Never again.

This is a good example. Most have gone down hill and this one is definitely holding up to the subways of the past that were pretty good food for the money.
