For instance, when I asked him what was in his meat, he creates his own Kafka himself by hand, and he showed me all of the spices that go into it and assured me that it was Safe for my body. His ingredients are fresh and what I would consider to be a grade so if you have Food sensitivities like I do and you just want some variation beyond a salad… give PDX kebab a try.
