I am a regular here. I come here everyday. But I will never come again. The blonde girl that works there is always rude always closes the shop at random times. Goes and talks to other workers at the food court. It’s a shame because this place has the best food and the other employees are fantastic but this one person has completely ruined the experience for me. I was spending $300 a month here. Now I’ll be taking my business elsewhere and telling people to avoid this place because of this one employee. Absolute garbage customer service.

The guy that worked there Sunday on the 28th of July was completely rude. He yelled at us for him getting the order wrong when we repeated it 3 times. Would not recommend, even walking up to order his whole attitude was horrible. Don’t work around people if you can’t be nice. Would give this place negative stars if I could. Horrible, was afraid to ask for ketchup for the dry fries he gave us

I’ve been coming to get boba tea since the cart opened. Sometimes the boba is super good and sometimes it’s horrible because the temperature is off and the milk tea isn’t blended well. It can really be a gamble until I figured out to go when Lexi is working. She consistently makes the best boba every single time, so I had to ask her name. I know that if I go when she is working, I will get the drink I am craving. Both my mom and me show up at 11:00 AM to get our drinks from her. The best flavors are Thai tea, taro, lavender, and rose. Lexi, spill your secrets because you need to train everyone else!! Best boba in the area if you go when Lexi is making the drinks. Thank you!!

They sold me a tea that had bad milk. I got it for my wife so I didn't taste it on the spot. Drove away and when I got home, she took her first sip and she did spit it out right the way. Very disappointed, I just poured down the drain $7. Please if you stop here check your drink don't make the same mistake I did. Hope they read this review and look into what needs to be addressed because it is just sad for the customers!!

The drinks were decent, yet pricy. The food wasn't anything I'll ever order again - just wanted to try and chicken/waffle mix in a cone and it was gross. I'll grab a drink again maybe another time.

Tried picking up a doordash order. Employee informed me I was the 4th person to try to pick up the order and they're no longer taking doordash orders. Fine. I understand that. However, when I asked her to call them and explain that to doordash she told me no because she did not have the number. I told her she could look it up on the website or I could get it for her and she refused and was rude about it. I haven't been a patron of this food cart or the others but I won't ever because they don't value other peoples time and are rude. I wasted 30 mins of my time I could have been earning money for my family during.

I gave this 2 stars just because the customer service was better than some of their other locations, but the drink I ordered was horrible. The Boba was completely overcooked into gelatinous mush. Kind of like drinking slightly formed slime. Completely gross.

I ordered for pick up from door dash and there was an issue because they don't use door dash, but they saw that the money had been taken out of my account and decided to make the order anyway all while providing excellent customer service. The food and Boba were amazing as well!

Service was great, speedy and friendly. Got the chili cheese dog. Disappointing. I only eat something this junky a couple of times a year so was hoping for something good. Price was fine. Bun was too big, chili was runny and not flavorful...likely from a can. Cheese was liquid from a can, was hoping for a little cheddar shoes on top. Gave it 3 stars because of the service. 2 stars for food. Will be 1 if I get sick ????

Although a bit spendy, I loved the food and service here! The creative spin on chicken and waffles was a delight! I also very much so like the variety of cuisine choices, so I grabbed a Mexican street corn too!
