Very little meat. I ordered the brisket balls and a brisket with biscuits and gravy. Not sure what was wrong with the brisket balls but they did make my friend sick.. She didn’t finish them and I had the rest of them later the same night..A few hours later I woke up sick for the rest of the night.

Was honestly the worst BBQ I have had in town. The Brisket sandwich was expensive which you would expect but it was disrespectfully small and the Brisket was very sub par. It was kind of hard to finish because of how mediocre it was. The worker wasn’t overly rude but he wasn’t very nice and had no personality.

We stopped at the food cart pod to get something relatively quick. In the time it took to get my lunch, everyone I was with was served and finished their lunch. The guy in line before me was told they were "training a new guy," but no other explination or contrition was forthcoming.
The dish sounded amazing, but fell a little flat. The biscuits were somewhat gummy and the brisket had no discernable seasoning. The egg was perfectlt fried, though. I wanted very much to like this truck, but I just didn't.
I left still hungry got the brisket melt with 5 fries. I ain't old but I'm a little deaf can't hear a lick of what the dude trying to say, now I gotta stop and get something else to eat like come on. They don't know what they doing in that cart

I mean the food is just bland. My family tried the sandwich, the brisket and gravy, and the mashed potato bites. I actually returned the mash potato bites because it tasted like unseasoned potatoes from a box. I got the smothered fries. That was edible but not good. I would avoid this cart. There is better food to be had
