I so looked forward to my sandwich, having moved up here from Texas. I have not found a good 100% smoked brisket available through a restaurant. This gets 3 stars because 40% of my sandwich had fat. The meat was good, though. Fries are great.I will try one more time and if fat can be trimmed, then I will buy another sandwich.
Troutdale food carts! This cart has some delicious brisket and fun combinations. The most recent we tried was the brisket and gravy fries. Smothered and covered with delicious gravy and tender brisket pieces. I recommend adding some of the red sauce they have for your convenience on the counter of the food cart.
