I’ve been going to this coffee stand for years. And it used to be amazing quality. Lately, when I order a bagel with cream cheese, they give me a nearly uncooked bagel, with a smidgen of cream cheese. This has happened several times in the last six months.
The bagel is chewy and raw.

I basically go to this coffee stand every single day and they never disappoint. The baristas know my order by heart which makes me feel so welcomed every time I pull up. Their customer service is amazing and they always take a moment to talk with me.
Even when there is a long line they move super fast and still stay friendly with everyone. The consistency, the quality, and the way they make you feel valued is unmatched. This is hands down my favorite coffee stand and it truly deserves five stars.

I personally go 3-4 times a week. Drinks are always consistent. The baristas are funny, kind, and very efficient at what they do. My go-to order is Mel’s white mocha, CC special with vanilla, or a classic hot cocoa ❤️ The chocolate chip and raspberry muffin is a nice sweet treat.

Woulda been nice to get more than 3 sips of lemonade with my ice. Literally packed to the brim with ice, 3 sips of juice for 4 bucks. 🤦♂️

Worst customer service. There’s one worker I’ve encountered all three times I’ve visited, and she’s consistently rude. On my last visit, I ordered two of the same drinks but in different sizes. Even though there were no other cars in line, she took forever. After all that, she only gave me one drink. When I told her I was missing the second one, instead of apologizing, she said, “Well, I didn’t hear that,” and gave me a rude look—like it was my fault. No accountability, no kindness. I won’t be coming back. There are plenty of better coffee places with friendlier staff.

I come here almost everyday and aside from the price not being super consistent I’ve had no major issues- until today…. Why was I waiting for 6 minutes today WITH 2 people working and one other customer on the other side with literally 2 drinks? They took my order right away 6 minutes later my drinks haven’t even been started. There was TWO people working with a total of TWO customers… make it make sense. I left without my drink as I had to get to work…super unfortunate.. stopped by DutchBros on the way they had a full line and still got me in and out in less than 5minutes.
