Worst customer service. There’s one worker I’ve encountered all three times I’ve visited, and she’s consistently rude. On my last visit, I ordered two of the same drinks but in different sizes. Even though there were no other cars in line, she took forever. After all that, she only gave me one drink. When I told her I was missing the second one, instead of apologizing, she said, “Well, I didn’t hear that,” and gave me a rude look—like it was my fault. No accountability, no kindness. I won’t be coming back. There are plenty of better coffee places with friendlier staff.

I come here almost everyday and aside from the price not being super consistent I’ve had no major issues- until today…. Why was I waiting for 6 minutes today WITH 2 people working and one other customer on the other side with literally 2 drinks? They took my order right away 6 minutes later my drinks haven’t even been started. There was TWO people working with a total of TWO customers… make it make sense. I left without my drink as I had to get to work…super unfortunate.. stopped by DutchBros on the way they had a full line and still got me in and out in less than 5minutes.

I pull up and the gal is listening to Brandon Lake, that’s who I praise. It doesn’t get any better than that; coming for coffee and meeting a sister in Christ. Hallelujah. That made my day that much better. Get that gal a raise. Great coffee as always. 2:30 p.m. Friday the 13th, 2025.

We love country coffee. But this location is the worst. It doesn’t matter what you order they are just going to give you whatever they feel like. We have to gone to this one location multiple times not I swear not once has it been the correct order. It doesn’t help that they just make you feel like an idiot when you tell them it’s not what you wanted.
The barista there on 2/17/2025 at around 1:20pm was flat out rude. If you don’t know how to interact with customers then get a different job that doesn’t involve customer service. The issue wasn’t what was being said but the tone and condescending comment. I try and support small shops with my money but definitely do not feel inclined to when someone like that works there
UPDATE: Update: I spoke with the owner and they were super sweet and made it right. Changed from a 1 star to a 5 star because seems like the owner does care of customer service & keeping customers happy.

Customer service from same girl poor every time. Not going back even though it’s closer to me than Dutch Bros. I gave her several chances. Seems unhappy to have to be there. Shouldn’t work with the public. Always hoped to get someone else but same person every time I have gone lately.
