Chicken was undercooked. The rice tasted like plastic and the hummus tasted like cigarette ash. By far the worst experience I’ve had.

This little cart is a hidden gem! The owner dries and grinds his own fresh spices! Will definitely be coming back again and again

I order the #4 plate after the kind man offered a sample of one of the daily special butter chicken. Freaking delicious. Decent flavor with a bit of heat the right way, not just spicy too be spicy. The chicken from the #4 was so tender and had excellent flavor. Yes the salad was on the bottom below the rice and 2 kinds of meat. It was freshly made. The kind man also gave me 2 small containers of extras I didnt order. One of the butter chicken I tried earlier and a soup he made. The way he kept feeding me and refused my tip made me feel like I was a long time friend or chosen family. Everything I ate was delicious and made with love.
The drink is from the food cart next to pdx kebab was halo halo small. Also amazing 👏

My book club meets at the Fork regularly. One of our members orders her favorite and realizes she forgot her purse, walks away and joins our group. A little bit later the proprietor brings her the order, on the house. And then, a few minutes later, remembered her sprite.
Wow. Now that is community and excellent customer service.

The owner, Masood, reached out to me first thing the following morning and apologized, refunded the money and sent food too. I wasn't here, but I appreciate the gesture. My husband said it was really delicious.
Apparently DinDin didn't follow his guidelines- he was out sick and told them not to take orders, but they did anyway. Thank you for your amazing service recovery, Masood! I look forward to trying your food someday soon!

We found this great place with so many food trucks and I chose this one. The food was amazing and the service was great. They have a huge Area with a bar where you can sit and enjoy your meal. We will definitely come back.

OK, seriously , Massud and his menu are freaking awesome!!! If you have food, allergies that include corn, wheat sugar, his food is legit safe… He has transparency of his ingredients. For instance, when I asked him what was in his meat, he creates his own Kafka himself by hand, and he showed me all of the spices that go into it and assured me that it was Safe for my body. His ingredients are fresh and what I would consider to be a grade so if you have Food sensitivities like I do and you just want some variation beyond a salad… give PDX kebab a try. The most delicious lunch I’ve had in a long time. I had his beef Kafka and it was dynamite.
