The salmon chowder is to die for! This was my first time trying this food truck and I’m so glad I did, I will definitely be coming back! I can’t wait to try other items on the menu. In addition to the excellent food, the customer service was great, the lady working was so sweet.

Excellent food, very nice staff. I love the shrimp hot dog dish that I cannot pronounce for the life of me, but they don't make fun of me despite that. Sliders also great, not sure you can go wrong.

The Salmon chowder is fantastic. I added a touch of salt and couldnt stop eating it.

I got the viking plate or first thing on the menu! How fun and such a nice variety. I would recommend getting a side of the potatoes. My taste buds are tingling from it all!

Wonderful service and wonderful food. I can't see enough about this place. I think everybody should try their meatballs with mashed potatoes. They are amazing!!

Absolutely delicious, and very good pricing. Service was amazing. I can’t believe someone docked a star on their review because they didn’t include a lemon wedge. It’s the best food cart in Fairview BY FAR. You won’t regret ordering the cardamom buns, or anything on the menu actually. The salmon soup is hearty and perfect for a chilly day.

While it was tasty,Allergies were not addressedI choked on fish bonesExplicitly said there was an egg allergy, still got egg in food. Didn't seem aware or care much for dietary restrictions. Also bones scattered throughout the fish.

Food is amazing and the lady making the food was such a sweetie. We ordered the elk soup special and sliders plus the salmon chowder. Potatoes with the sliders were seasoned to perfection. Thank you for the yummy food.

They are super sweet! We had a couple sheepish treats and they all tasted really good. Highly recommend!

I ordered #2 Skagen (Shrimp salad on Toast). It was good. I liked that the toast stayed crunchy the whole time. I love lemon so I would of loved a lemon wedge on the side to squeeze over all of the shrimp. There very friendly with there customer service. I would recommend #2.

The best food truck ever! The food was AMAZING and the lady working was so nice!

This has been my favorite food truck I've ever tried. The two ladies running it were extremely nice and even brought our food to us. The Älg sliders and potatoes were delicious and the deserts are to die for.
