As advised, we called ahead to reserve our steaks - a bacon wrapped filet mignon and a ribeye. The cuts of meat were so tender they melted like butter in our mouths. Absolutely delicious and worth the drive!

My son was telling about our experience. First of all we did not ask for dry burgers. We asked for other sauce than the catsup and mustard. He suggested adding mayo. The burger I order was suppose to be a half pound and edged were burnt. At no point did my son get confrontational like the two customer who kept saying the n word for more than 10 minutes. The burger I got had burger and bun with a little lettuce. Nothing else. For me to get in the door he had to hold both doors while I went under his arm. Why it takes 40 minutes to cook burnt burger is beyond me. When you came to the tàble you said high and never offered to make everything right. Even after your response should have been that you were sorry for our experience and tell to stop again and you will instruct the staff to listen to the customers from now on. As far as handicapped parking goes we park in the narrow space he talked about and the right side door was beneath a tree. I fell strongly about places making efforts to assist the handicapped.I am 77 years old and often feel that places would rather not be bothered with senior citizens. I hope you don't think I am being picky. I would e willing to come back if I am only other than catsup which makes me sick and mustard on my burger that was cooked to long while I wait 40 minutes to get it.

Burgers were dry over cooked and had no sauce with 8-10 fries per plate at $15 each for 3 plates . 1 Burger was suppose to be 1/2 pound but was given a 1/4 pound patty. Asked for some extra sauce and was told it was $0.50 for an extra table spoon of their sauce which was only a mix of mayo and ketchup ( that's some service). The burgers didn't get there for over 45 minutes. The family friendly games had a pool table , an unplugged pacman game and slot machines. The music was good tho playing classic rock on the Alexia until a fight broke out. Patrons were cussing and saying the "N" word every other sentence. ( Vary hostile environment). The place had no handy cap parking and a very limited parking period at all. They had stakes starting at $35 and up. Could have gone to Burger King and spent less and had a better experience.
Vegetarian options: They had a slushy for vegetarian!
Parking: 2 parking spots out front barely able to squeeze 2 tiny cars in.
Kid-friendliness: Had 1 pack man and a crane drop game unplugged!
Wheelchair accessibility: There were no handy cap parking spots, It was difficult to get in or out of both the door and bathroom!

?️? A comfortable safe space, staff, everyone actually in town who referred this popular locals place was friendly and service from sitting down to leaving was a wonderful experience. The sandwich was fresh and tasted amazing. Traveling solo I appreciated a welcoming place, with comfort food, small town warm hospitality and a very comfortable atmosphere. Definately will be stopping to support this small town vibe whenever I travel near the area!

What an awesome dinner! We made it here last night for the first time and it's the best. Everything we ordered was way better than typical bar food and we loved chatting with the server. Great drinks. Can't wait to come back! Totally worth the drive from Monmouth.

You come in, I know off the beaten path but go with it and what an experience. $8 dollar burger with fries! In Oregon!!! Hell yeah… We missed this place for many years, shame on us. Make sure to visit Laura at Boondocks next time your out this way… It’s a win win… ?
